Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst with 2 to 4 years of work experience to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

1.      Data Collection and Extraction:

§ Gather data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets and APIs,

§ Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

2.      Data Analysis:

§ Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

§ Conduct analysis and data modeling to generate insights and forecasts.

§ Create data visualizations and reports to present findings to stakeholders.

3.      Data Interpretation and Insight Generation:

§ Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for business improvements.

§ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide data-driven solutions.

4.      Data Quality Assurance:

§ Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

§ Identify and address data quality issues promptly.

Qualifications:

1.      Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

2.      Proven work experience as a Data Analyst, with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.

3.      Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes is advantageous.

4.      Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).

5.      Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

6.      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

7.      Excellent communication and presentation skills.

8.      Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

9.      Familiarity with machine learning and predictive modeling is a bonus.

As SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Team Lead, you should have a thorough knowledge of Web Analytics and Webmaster tools. Monitor Search Engine news to stay abreast of algorithmic updates. Develop & execute SEO strategy and project deliverables for clients. Track project quality and team performance every week.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Should handle a team of SEO Executives and Sr. Executives.
• Developing a detailed project plan and monitoring progress while delivering projects on time ensuring quality standards.
• Make decisions about the day-to-day operation of the team members, including management of work assignments by them.
• Take the primary responsibility for all the Technical Audits & ensuring that the business website is following all the SEO best practices.
• In-depth SEO technical knowledge (HTML, CSS-on page- off page, JS) also Google Analytics, webmaster tools, back-end SEO and various online tools.
• Communicate team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
• Assign all work assignments, commit the team to the work, manage the quality of the work and drive the people management activities within the team.
• Perform and ensure completion of quality review check on outgoing work by the team to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills
• Gain a detailed understanding of each requirement.
• Remain up to date with industry knowledge.
• Brainstorm new and creative SEO growth strategies.
• Handling team queries, providing them feasible solutions and building healthy relationships thereby achieving high team satisfaction.
• Act as subject matter expert for team members, peers and clients.

Job requirements and qualifications:

• Demonstrated SEO experience of at least 4-7 years.
• Experience with Google's Keyword Tool
• Basic HTML Knowledge.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and debugging responsive web and mobile applications for the company. Using React Js, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, this candidate will be able to translate user and business needs into functional frontend design.

Qualifications

• Familiarity using Scrum/Agile development methodologies
• Experience building object-oriented web applications in React Js, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

• Must have full life cycle experience of US Staffing
• Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
• Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
• Must be having capability to work with a team or individually.
• Must have strong command on English (oral, written).
• Willing to work in Night Shift Monday to Friday (7.30 PM - 4:30 AM IST).
