Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced EdTech Recruiter with strong exposure to the UAE/GCC market. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment for B2C & B2B roles, work closely with business stakeholders, and ensure timely closure of positions aligned with organizational growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for EdTech roles (Sales, Operations, Customer Success, Marketing, Trainers, Corporate roles).
• Source candidates for UAE/GCC markets using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, databases, and referrals.
• Execute bulk and niche hiring for B2C/B2B EdTech roles.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and timelines.
• Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and manage candidate pipelines.
• Schedule interviews, follow up, and ensure offer closures.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and ATS updates.
• Ensure candidate experience and employer branding.
• Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities.
• Stay updated with UAE labor norms, visa basics, and EdTech hiring trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in EdTech recruitment with UAE/GCC exposure.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, and outreach campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with ATS, Excel/Google Sheets, and recruitment dashboards.
• Female candidates preferred (if applicable).

Preferred Experience:

• Experience hiring for UAE-based EdTech companies.
• Exposure to B2C sales hiring (Counsellors, Business Development Executives).
• Knowledge of Dubai market hiring practices.

What you'll be doing:

• As a Staff Engineer you will be responsible for the design of the features in the product roadmap

• Creating and encouraging good software development practices engineering-wide, driving strategic technical improvements, and mentoring other engineers.

• You will write code as we expect our technical leadership to be in the trenches alongside junior engineers, understanding root causes and leading by example

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech Computer science or related specialization) and minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in Software development, has been an Architect, within the last 1-2 years minimum. • Strong programming experience and background in Node JS and React JS.

• Hands-on development skills along with architecture/design experience.

• Hands-on experience on designing, building deploying and maintenance of enterprise cloud solutions.

• Demonstrable experience, thorough knowledge, and interests in Cloud native architecture, Distributed micro-services, Multi-tenant SaaS solution and Cloud Scalability, performance, and High availability

• Experience with API management platforms & providing / consuming RESTful APIs

• Experience with varied tools such as REST, Hibernate, RDBMS, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, React.

• Hands-on development experience on Oracle PL/SQL.

• Experience with DevOps and infrastructure automation.

• PHP Web Development experience - Core PHP and PHP frameworks.
