About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Sales Executives who can drive mutual fund sales and build long-term client relationships. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing suitable investment solutions, and ensuring a seamless investment experience while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through calls, emails, meetings, and networking activities.
• Understand clients’ financial goals, risk appetite, and investment horizon to recommend suitable mutual fund schemes.
• Educate clients about mutual funds, SIPs, market trends, returns, and associated risks in a clear and simple manner.
• Assist clients with investment processes including purchase, redemption, and portfolio management.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and compliance documentation in CRM systems.
• Stay updated with market trends, regulatory updates, and new product offerings.
• Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team performance.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales (preferably in mutual funds, BFSI, or financial products).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of mutual funds and basic financial concepts.
• Ability to explain financial products in a simple and convincing manner.
• Target-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Develop cutting edge user experience for healthcare the platform
2. Design, build, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance iOS apps
3. Contribute towards the product roadmap
4. Work on an interesting range of problems like instant messaging in poor networks, smart diagnosis- personalization for doctors in each specialty, optimal matching problems
5. Help bring healthcare processes on mobile- prescriptions, auto-diagnosis
6. Work with network and battery optimisations, messaging, APIs, external libs, SDKs, Analytics, Offline apps, UI, visualisations and animations
7. Lead a team of developers and work in tandem with Product and Design teams

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Be proficient with Objective-C or Swift , and Cocoa Touch.
2. Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, as well as offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
3. Must be familiar with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services
4. Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools 
5. Experience with cloud messaging APIs and usage of push notifications.
6. Knowledge of code versioning tools 
7. Built and managed apps with over 1 million users

Key roles:

·       Develop backend application with clean code practices foe the application

·       Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server side logic

·       Troubleshoot and debug application

·       Gather and address technical and design requirements

·       Build reusable code and libraries for future user-facing

·       Communicate with other third-party team for collaborations

Skillset:

·       Core Java - Hands on experience with Jdk 11 and above

·       Experience with code hosting and collaboration tools like Bitbucket/Github/GitLab

·       Microservice architecture - Rest API calls, inter-service exception handling

·       Non-relational DB - MongoDB basic DB commands to insert, update, delete, find records and Indexing

·       Springboot framework - Spring Data JPA, ORM

·       Event driven architecture - Kafka

·       Tools like Postman, Jenkins, Doppler, IDE, MongoDB atlas

Qualifications:

·       UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization, B.Sc in Any Specialization, BCA in Any Specialization

·       PG: Any Postgraduate

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in building large complex and performant web applications using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS across multiple browsers.
• Strong Object Oriented JavaScript fundamentals.
• Experience in java script frameworks such as React and a good understanding of the basics of these frameworks and their life cycles.
• Deep understanding of various deployment strategies and their pros and cons.
• Understanding of Docker.
• SSR experience is a must.
• You should have enough understanding of SEO principles.
• Experience of working with React Hooks desirable.
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
• Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript (ES6 ES7).
• Experience with server-side rendering using nextjs, express, hapi etc.
• Hands-on experience with any unit testing framework (mocha/chai, jest etc).
• Deeper understanding of Chrome Dev Tools.
• Should understand nuances of the timeline for perf monitoring.

Job Responsibilities:

* Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code

* Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications

* Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems

* Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

* Prepare the technical design of complex technology components

Mandatory Skills:

* Proficient in Java (JDK 1.7) or above JDK 8 preferable, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems with a knack for writing clean, readable Java code, writing reusable Java libraries along with knowledge of concurrency patterns in Java

* Solid understanding of object-oriented programming along with various design and architectural patterns

* Hands on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, JUnit

* Familiarity with concepts of MVC, Microservices, RESTful
