 The client is 17-year-old Multinational Company headquartered in Bangalore, Whitefield, and having another delivery center in Pune, Hinjewadi. It also has offices in US and Germany and are working with several OEM’s and Product Companies in about 12 countries and is a 200+ strong team worldwide. 

Join us as a Software Developer (M365, SharePoint, Power Platforms) within our Apps &Software Development team, to deliver end-to-end customized application development. We expect the individual to participate & contribute to every stage of the project right from

interacting with internal customers/stakeholders, understanding their requirements, andproposing to them the solutions which will be best fit to their expectations.

 Principal Duties and Responsibilities 

• Understand, design, implement & maintain O365, SharePoint and Power Platforms

solutions.

• Create detailed design artifact like program specifications, test plans, and independently

develop and review code 

• Design and develop solutions to implement requirement efficiently in line with business

strategy, security, and compliance 

• Use critical thinking skills to understand the pain points of business and generate desired

solution 

• Design of environment architecture with organizational IT architects and IT security 

• Create comprehensive solutions based on Microsoft Power platforms components like

Power App, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Virtual Agent, Data verse and

SharePoint.

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications 

Education: bachelor’s degree 

Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platforms 

 Required Skills 

Experience in SharePoint Framework SPFx, SharePoint On-Premises (SP-2013) Basic Knowledge, SharePoint Online 

Familiarity with C#, ASP. Net MVC. Experienced in JavaScript and frameworks like React/Angular, HTML, and CSS, SharePoint 2016 

Knowledge of O365 products like Team, One Drive, One Note 

Basic Knowledge of the SharePoint Migration Tool 

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise software development using Java, and J2EE Framework. 
• Experience with http://react.js/">React.js, AngularJS, strong knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML5
• Passion for building enterprise web applications leveraging modern architecture principles, strong prior experience as a full stack developer. 
• Expertise with CSS and building responsive pages, with a keen eye for UI design and usability
• Experience with web-accessibility/WCAG standards
• Experience working collaboratively with a globally distributed team.
• Experience with agile methodologies and good exposure to DevOps/CICD models.
• Passion for keeping up with new trends and developments in the programming community and is eager to find ways to incorporate these new ideas into our codebase.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• You have 2+ years* of experience using two or more development languages (Java, JavaScript, Ruby, C#, etc.) with experience in Object-Oriented programming
• You can write clean, high-quality code in a variety of languages and are also able to spot (and improve) bad code
• You’re resilient in ambiguous situations and can approach challenges from multiple perspectives
• You have experience with Agile, Lean and/or Continuous Delivery approaches such as Continuous Integration, TDD, Infrastructure as Code, etc.
• Bonus points if you have knowledge of cloud technology such as AWS, Docker or Kubernetes
• You’re willing and able to commit to travel to client sites in order to solve their business problems

Skills:

• Familiarity with Linux environments

• Experience with GIT 

• Hands on experience with AWS S3 is preferred

• Experience with web servers & application servers such as Apache and Nginx is good to have
