About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Email Marketing Campaign Manager to support one of our key clients during extended evening hours. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in email marketing, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage campaigns end-to-end with high attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns based on client requirements.
- Manage daily campaign operations, including scheduling, audience segmentation, and template setup.
- Monitor campaign performance and share daily updates with the client.
- Troubleshoot deliverability issues and ensure emails reach the inbox.
- Coordinate with design and content teams when creatives or copy updates are needed.
- Handle client communication professionally and respond to requests promptly during the shift.
