We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will act as the bridge between our customers and product development teams, translating complex business requirements into actionable insights and product features that align with IntraIntel.ai’s architecture and growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis:

• Collaborate with multiple customers across domains such as manufacturing, clinical trials, pharmaceutical, and textiles to gather, document, and validate requirements.

• Conduct workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions to extract key business and functional needs.

• Translate high-level business needs into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria in JIRA.

• Documentation & Communication:

• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and Process Flow Diagrams.

• Clearly communicate requirements to developers, architects, and QA teams, ensuring full understanding of scope and dependencies.

• Serve as the primary liaison between the business stakeholders and development team.

• Testing & Validation:

• Perform initial system validation, UAT preparation, and smoke testing to ensure requirements are correctly implemented.

• Collaborate with QA to define test cases and acceptance criteria.

• Track and log defects in JIRA, ensuring they are resolved before delivery.

• Project Planning & Scope Management:

• Work closely with project managers and solution architects to define project scope, milestones, and delivery timelines.

• Identify potential risks, dependencies, and change impacts, and communicate proactively to stakeholders.

• Contribute to effort estimation and prioritization discussions.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with AI engineers, data scientists, cloud architects, and UX designers to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals.

• Ensure all customer inputs are converted into actionable, technically feasible tasks for development.

• Customer & Stakeholder Interaction:

• Conduct regular check-ins and demo sessions with customers to validate progress and gather feedback.

• Communicate technical solutions and project updates to non-technical stakeholders in an easy-to-understand manner.

• Represent IntraIntel.ai in customer meetings with professionalism and confidence.

1. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

3. The Experience That Sets You Apart: 

● 3+ years of hands-on experience building responsive web apps using React 

● Deep understanding of React hooks, component architecture, and state management .

●Experience with Shopify Liquid, themes, and Shopify APIs.

● Experience in building responsive websites and applications that work across various devices and screen sizes 

● Strong skills in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 

● Proven ability to own features end-to-end — from design handoff to production 

● Experience integrating with REST APIs and optimizing performance 

● Familiar with Git, code reviews, and CI/CD workflows 

● Exposure to testing frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library 

● Comfortable mentoring juniors and collaborating in cross-functional teams 

4. Your Subject Matter Expertise: 

● SaaS experience of 2 years with total development experience of 3 years 

● Must have worked in a smaller company of less than 100 

● Should have built solutions/softwares end to end and not just as a part of bigger team 

● Should see themselves going deeper into the same role even 5 years down the line 

● Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and ES6+ features. 

● Solid understanding of Redux, React Hooks, and component lifecycle. 

● Experience in developing responsive designs using HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS). 

● Familiarity with frontend build tools and module bundlers such as Webpack, Babel, and npm/yarn. 

● Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with version control systems like Git. 

● Understanding of performance optimization techniques, including lazy loading, code splitting, and caching.Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and Next.js. 

● Knowledge of mobile-first and progressive web app (PWA) development. 

● Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Sketch for collaboration. 

● Exposure to e-commerce platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, or Magento. 

● Understanding of backend technologies and REST/GraphQL APIs for better integration.

Required Skills:

• Experience in implementing Object-Oriented Python, Django.
• Good understanding on Django
• Experienced in interfacing with *third party API’s using REST
• Worked with varieties of Relational Databases (RDBMS) like SQLite, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
• Experience in Version Control with Git and Bitbucket.
• Experience with JIRA the development progress and tracking deadlines of the project

Opportunity

Responsibilities:

• Implement responsive and performant UIs with a user-centered approach with frontend technologies including Angular 2, Javascript(ES 6), Typescript, SCSS, etc
• Build backend REST APIs on Python 3 based server frameworks for deployment and scaling of our product(s)
• Write meaningful test cases for frontend & backend platforms

• Integrate our products with 3rd party products/tools/services

• Develop Infrastructure for delivering services using a performance-driven approach, build databases, schedule automated jobs, etc

Ideal Background / Experience

• At least 24 months of diverse experience in web development for product or services-oriented environment with exposure to working production deployments
• Expertise in programming using Python/Javascript or similar scripting languages
• In-depth exposure to technologies used in web-based SaaS products, including REST APIs
• Sound understanding of Postgres and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB

Nice to have exposure to any of

• Integrate with REST APIs built with modern authorization mechanisms such as JSON Web Token.
• Create test cases for each component by using any one of the testing library support provided in Angular.
• Ability to debug the Angular code in the browser to rectify the issues.
• Exposure to Progressive Web Apps (PWA) will be preferred.

• Exposure to Insurance domain in past will be preferred
