Role Overview:

Responsible for leading all HR functions at the plant, including manpower planning, recruitment, industrial relations, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and coordination with corporate HR. Ensures smooth HR operations supporting plant productivity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HR operations 

• Partner with operations leadership to align manpower with production targets.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff, operators, and technical positions.

• Develop and implement HR policies and systems aligned with corporate standards.

• Drive performance management, appraisals, and competency mapping.

• Handle industrial relations, grievance redressal, and union communication (if applicable).

• Ensure statutory compliance – Factories Act, ESI, PF, labour laws, etc.

• Oversee time office, attendance, and payroll coordination.

• Lead employee engagement, retention, and welfare initiatives.

• Coordinate with finance for cost tracking and HR budgeting.

• Mentor and guide junior HR staff at the plant.

Job Description:

• Strong working experience in IOS application development is a must. First-hand experience of native mobile apps using Swift must.
• Experience with Swift, RxSwift, Swift UI, and Unit tests.
• Strong system design and architecture skills - specifically for IOS. Curiosity to tinker around, explore new paradigms and strongest for continuous improvement. Strong problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of network connections, Rest API'sand scheduling. Strong knowledge of security standards (e.g. HTTPS) and privacy standards.
• Idea/experience of the unit and instrumentation testing in IOS. Optimizing app performance and memory consumption.
• Leveraging community libraries to efficiently complete development tasks.
• Debugging apps using simulators and related tooling.
• Persisting data for offline-first apps using databases such as Realm.
• Localizing apps to support multiple languages and regions, vernacular libraries and fonts.
• Familiar with Version control systems such as GIT.

Your primary focus will be on developing common reusable components and implementing them following well-known best practices. You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Job Responsibilities: 

• Designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance.
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code.
• Prepare and produce releases of software components.
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
• Design and develop dockerised microservices for cloud 

Required skills and experience include:

• BS in Computer Science or other field of study and applicable work experience.
• Most likely 3-5 years of experience on Java Web Development.
• Experience in developing Microservices for cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP) is preferred
• Experience in Spring Framework (Spring boot, spring Batch), Spring MVC, Microservice model, RESTful web services
• Experience in databases like SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB is desired.
• Should have hands-on experience on Hibernate, JPA or MyBatis or any other persistence framework.
• Must have strong teamwork orientation and the ability to foster collaboration within and across teams 
• Knowledge of Maven/gradle
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes 
• Good Communication skills ( English)

Primary Skills(Mandatory)

Core and Advanace Java 1.8 , Web and Microservice development using java (Jsp, Servlet, Spring boot, Spring MVC), Restful Web Services, Spring framework, RDBMS (Postgres, Mssql server), Hibernate 

Secondary Skills

Java script, Frontend web development - (Angular,nodejs) ( Not mandatory)

Additional Information

• Should have experience of working in any previous IT Software company 
• Any additional certification will be a plus
• Comfortable working from Office.

• Ideate and create concept storyboards
•   Conceptualise and present ideas as per the brief
•   Pick and arrange effects, music that adds to the narrative
•   Shortlist visuals and footage to be used in the video
•   Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create videos for all marketing and product needs.
•   Reorder and fine-tune content to ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of the video and time constraints are incorporated
•   Improve and correcting lighting, coloring and faulty footage & sound
•   Create transitions, titles, graphics and other supporting materials for the video
•   Work closely with producers, directors, external vendors, motion graphic designers and learning managers to present a final product that matches the overall vision
•   Take ownership of post-production management of assets and deliverables, channels & maintenance
