The Role
We’re looking for a mission-driven Co-Founder to lead all things Revenue & Partnerships. You’ll be the commercial engine of Flexable—building monetization strategies, forging powerful partnerships, unlocking revenue streams, and helping us scale to 100x.

What You’ll Do
- Own revenue — define and execute strategies to acquire, retain, and grow paying customers
- Build strategic partnerships — with marketplaces, SaaS tools, agencies, B2B ecosystems, and affiliates
- Explore monetization levers — memberships, subscriptions, lead-gen models, commission-based funnels, etc.
- Work closely with Product & Growth — to shape user flows, pricing, upsells, and conversion optimization
- Develop go-to-market (GTM) plans — for different customer segments: startups, SMBs, and enterprise clients
- Fundraising support — help shape the narrative around traction, GTM, and business model when speaking to investors
- Track KPIs — like CAC, LTV, churn, revenue velocity, and partnership ROI
You Should Be
- An operator at heart — you know how to hustle and build playbooks that work
- Experience in B2B sales, growth, or partnerships (marketplace or SaaS background is a big plus)
- Startup-minded — comfortable with ambiguity, moving fast, and wearing multiple hats
- Deeply curious about the future of work and freelancing
- Strong network in the startup/SME ecosystem (India or global is a plus)
- Ready to go all-in as a co-founder (equity + vision > salary)
