Full Stack Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users.

Your primary focus will be the development of all server side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the frontend elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of frontend technologies is necessary as well.

We are looking to recruit a candidate for a role that will require:

• Create and consume restful APIs
• Design, develop, and maintain internal and external applications
• Build efficient, testable, and reusable modules
• Write high quality, structured application/interface code and documentation
• Identify solutions through research and collaboration that resolves the root of problems as they arise
• Define functional and technical requirements for application software to develop skills and knowledge
• Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle

Requirement

∙ Proficient in Node.JS and ReactJS development stack

∙ 2+ years’ experience designing, querying, and updating databases in MySQL/nosql

∙ Basic understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX etc.

∙ Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas

∙ Good to have knowledge of AWS, Redis, ElasticSearch

• Manage and support production systems with on-call rotations
• Deploy and maintain scalable infrastructure on AWS (ECS, EC2, EKS, S3, RDS, ELB, IAM, Lambda)
• Build infrastructure using Terraform
• Manage and monitor Kubernetes clusters and Docker containers
• Automate deployment and configuration using Ansible or similar tools
• Ensure systems reliability using robust monitoring and alerting tools
• Work with Linux OS, and network protocols like HTTP, DNS, SMTP, LDAP
• Manage services like Nginx, HAProxy, MySQL, SSH
• Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams
• Document systems and infrastructure best practices

✅ Required Skills

• 4+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Systems Administration
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker
• Proficient with Terraform, Ansible, and Linux systems
• Strong understanding of networking, system logs, and debugging
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Job Description:

• Write maintainable/scalable/efficient code.
• Design and architect technical solutions for the developer community at OneAssist Work in a cross-functional team, collaborating with peers during the entire SDLC.
• Follow coding standards, code reviews etc. Follow scrum sprint cycles and commitment to deadlines.

Traits we are looking for in you: 3+ years experience developing large scale customer facing internet systems Strong problem-solving skills.

• Hands-on experience in coding capability in desired technology Solid experience in Java/J2EE frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate.
• Strong Experience with Microservices, RESTful Web services, OOPs concepts.
• Nice to have knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins and CI/CD Knowledge
• Strong background in designing or extending existing test frameworks such as Junit Experience with version control systems such as Git. Good understanding of application security (authentication, authorization, web security etc.)
