Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Commercial Leasing Manager to lead leasing operations for our residential and commercial properties. This role requires strong relationship-building, negotiation, and business development skills, with a focus on driving occupancy and ensuring seamless tenant experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete leasing cycle from prospecting to closure: site visits, negotiations, documentation, and administration.
- Act as a liaison between in-house teams, tenants, IPCs, brokers, consultants, architects, and municipalities.
- Oversee daily leasing operations in accordance with organizational policies and standards.
- Review, negotiate, and finalize lease transactions and agreements.
- Ensure smooth execution of all leasing paperwork and maintain superior customer service.
- Monitor departmental productivity, budget, and performance.
- Develop and implement leasing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications & Skills
- PGDM / MBA (mandatory); certification in retail/commercial leasing preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial/mall/retail leasing.

Required Experience & Skills:
- Hands-on experience with accounting software. Taking care of all books of accounts like Journals, Ledger,etc
