We are looking for an Associate Agency Development Manager (AADM) to recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors through pure field sales activities. The role involves on-ground recruitment, relationship management, and driving business growth via the agency channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit life insurance advisors through field sourcing and local market activities
• Train, coach, and motivate advisors to generate consistent business
• Conduct daily field visits with advisors to support sales closures

Requirements:

• Proven experience in eCommerce website development, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work (experience in jewelry or luxury goods is a plus).
• Proficiency in web development languages like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Familiarity with leading eCommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of SEO principles and eCommerce-specific SEO strategies.

• Basic knowledge of SQL and Google Big Query.
• 1+ year of experience working with Qualtrics, Medallia or another Experience Management platform
• Hands-on experience with statistical techniques: profiling, regression analysis, trend analysis, segmentation
