Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to join our dynamic HR team. This intern will support the HR Operations department, primarily focusing on employee engagement practices, retention strategies, and assisting the Senior HR Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement programs.

• Support Senior HR Operations Manager with HR tasks, including managing employee records.

• Contribute to employee retention strategies and programs.

• Help prepare HR reports and presentations using Ms Offices and other tools.

• Communicate HR policies, benefits, and initiatives to employees.

• Collect and analyse employee feedback to improve engagement.

• Handle administrative tasks like scheduling, event organization, and documentation.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in Salesforce development, with strong expertise in Salesforce Configuration, Customization, and CPQ tools (Conga CPQ and Salesforce CPQ).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions within Salesforce, ensuring high-quality and scalable configurations and customizations.

• Driving the cloud Solutioning ( AWS, Azure , Hybrid Cloud) activities for large complex deals which involve multiple service lines and / or technology domains

• Recent experience in working for a Tier 1/2 Technology Services Provider or major Cloud Services provider in a pre- sales solutioning role
• Proficient in the Pre- Sales Solutioning Process lead by 3rd Party Advisors
• Prior experience leading, costing and implementing large complex Infrastructure Technology Outsourcing (ITO) pursuits, preferably 50M TCV with a large technology transformation component i.e. workload migration to Public Cloud, data center consolidations, etc.
• Strong proficiency creating business willing solutions aligned with key market growth areas; Public/Hybrid Cloud, Cyber security
• Demonstrated ability to communicate (written verbal) effectively and to influence at CxO level

Cloud Skills
