At Sierra Innovations, we are building a high-impact Founder’s Office to drive the next phase of growth.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and leadership building.

You will work directly with the Founder on critical business problems that shape the company’s future.

This is not a role.

What You’ll Work On

• Drive high-priority strategic initiatives across the company
• Support fundraising — investor research, financial narratives, deck building, and conversations
• Design and implement key HR policies & org structures
• Lead KMP / leadership hiring across business functions
• Define and track KPIs across teams, ensuring accountability and performance
• Conduct market research & competitive intelligence to guide decision-making
• Work on 0→1 and 1→100 growth projects across categories
• Solve unstructured problems with clarity, speed, and ownership

Key Skills & Experience

• Investment Banking / Fund Analyst Experience
• Strong grounding in financial thinking, investor communication, and structured problem solving
• Fundraising Exposure
• Experience in supporting or leading fundraise processes
• KMP / Leadership Hiring
• Ability to identify and close high-quality leadership talent
• KPI & Performance Management
• Experience in defining, tracking, and improving business metrics
• Project Management
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional projects to completion
• Education / EdTech Exposure (Preferred)
• Understanding of test prep, K-12, or learning ecosystems
• Analytical + Execution Strength
• Ability to think clearly and execute fast
