• Preparing MIS report for daily Shift schedule Drivers & Housekeeping staff.

• Making calls and receiving further issues on the site.

• Security manpower grooming, time shifts, replacements checking, and informing to concerned department.
• Central A/C checking as per AMC.
• Building rent records, diagrams, and AMC.
• Fair safety cylinders check as per filling date or replacement if outdated.

• The entire development lifecycle of all our consumer applications
• Working closely with the Product, QA, UX & Engineering teams on strategy, solutioning and execution.
• Managing everyday activities of the consumer engineering team
• Working closely with the core platform engineering teams to design seamless integration
• Owning management and execution of features and ensure delivery timelines
• Building & mentoring the consumer engineering team
• Working with the overall leadership team in creating and driving the company vision and it’s goals

• 8+ years of experience designing and developing complex, interactive consumer applications
• Working with / managing both mobile and web applications
• Ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences

Roles and responsibilities:

• Conduct client meetings and employee training.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• 3+ years in an advanced management role (preference given to those with program management experience)
• Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of digital marketing
• Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes

Key responsibilities: 

1. Define the overall content roadmap for AyurVAID across social media, website, and other communication channels, along with leadership 

1. Deliver high quality content on diseases, treatments, blogposts, FAQs etc. by conducting secondary research, AyurVAID case reports, discussions with Physicians and reviewing clinical textbooks 

1. Manage a team of content writers to ensure high productivity and quality outputs 

1. Set up an AyurVAID community (online) to engage on healthcare queries, sharing information, webinars, podcasts on regular basis on various topics 

1. Ensure patient testimonials (video) are scripted appropriately and edited by video editors 

1. Overall ownership of content generated for AyurVAID across channels 

Roles and Responsibilities 

A Store Manager is Responsible for all Sales & Operations of a retail store. Must be familiar with all aspects of retail operations, sales, customer relations & Technology.

• Responsible to meet sales goals.
• Create a customer service-oriented culture in the store.
• Ensure that retail merchandising is appealing to customers.
• Manage all other matters pertaining to store sales and perform additional tasks as required.

Team Lead – Operations

·       Must have work experience in a BPO of 1 year as a Team Lead

·       Should be fluent in English and Hindi (able to clear Versant 4)

·       Open to rotational shifts and week off  (24/7 process)

·       6 day working

·       Managing a team of at least 15 callers
