Role Overview

As a Data Scientist, you will play a key role in improving and optimising the models that drive real-time speech AI. You’ll work on analysing, processing, and modelling data to make our systems smarter.

Specifically, you’ll:

• Develop and fine-tune Speech to Speech machine learning models
• Experiment with data-driven solutions to enhance AI performance.
• Work on feature engineering and dataset preparation to train robust models.
• Collaborate with the team to evaluate and deploy models into production.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong problem-solving skills, paired with a passion for learning.
• 1-3 years of experience in Data Science and related fields.
• Experience with speech processing or NLP.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with data science libraries.
• Understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Familiarity with working on datasets and data preprocessing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications using Java 8 and Spring Boot
• Build robust RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services
• Work on microservices architecture, including containerization and orchestration
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to these problems
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features
• Write unit and integration tests to maintain code quality

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Java 8 or above
• In-depth knowledge of Spring Boot and Microservices architecture
• Experience in developing RESTful APIs
• Proficient in object-oriented design principles and software design patterns
• Good understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git
• Exposure to CI/CD practices and tools

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Basic knowledge of unit testing frameworks like JUnit, Mockito

Key Responsibilities:

Power BI Development:

• Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Connect to various data sources, import data, and transform data for Business Intelligence.
• Optimize and fine-tune Power BI dashboards to ensure performance and usability.
• Implement data modeling, DAX queries, and custom visualizations to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all reports and dashboards.

PowerApps Development:

• Design, develop, and deploy applications using PowerApps to streamline business processes.
• Integrate PowerApps with other Microsoft services (e.g., SharePoint, Dynamics 365) and third-party applications.
• Develop custom connectors and APIs to extend PowerApps capabilities.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing PowerApps solutions to ensure they meet user needs and performance standards.
• Provide training and support to end-users on how to use PowerApps effectively.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Power BI development.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in PowerApps development.
• Proven track record of delivering business intelligence solutions and applications that meet business requirements.

Responsibilities:

.Create exclusive distributors, exclusive super stockiest and business associates for the company towards business growth.

.Guide, coordinate and make strategic marketing plans for the sales team working under his jurisdiction.

.Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

.Keep abreast with stock reports, inventory, product orders, re-order etc.

Requirements:

.Experience in sales, marketing or related field.

• Writing scalable, robust,, testable, efficient, and easily maintainable code

• Playing a key role in architectural and design decisions, building toward an efficient micro services distributed architecture

Skills

• Strong knowledge of Goprogramming language, paradigms, constructs, and idioms
• Knowledge of Goroutine and channel patterns
• Experience with the full suite of Goframeworks and tools, including:
• Dependency management tools such as Godep, Sltr, etc.
• Go’s templating language
• Go’s code generation tools, such as Stringer
• Popular Goweb frameworks, such as Revel,Gin
• Router packages, such as Gorilla Mux
• Ability to write clean and effective Godoc comments
• Familiarity with code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial)
• Good Written and Verbal communications.
