Key Account Manager

We are looking for a product marketing manager to develop user funnels and communication strategies to drive engagement and referrals on the company's app. Our ideal candidate is a passionate & experienced Product Marketer with proven success in working with digital products and/or e-commerce for curating & driving product engagement end to end

Responsibilities:

• Build user journeys and communication strategies for every funnel the user goes through in the app
• Build highly engaging campaigns across user funnels to increase conversion rates
• Drive repeat users, referrals through Email, Push Notifications and other product touchpoints
• Plan & run defined experiments - test open rates, CTR, messaging, conversion rates and renewals.
• Work with internal and external stakeholder to seamlessly drive all campaigns 
• Constantly look for funnel drop offs and optimize every step to increase conversion rates
• Share data on daily, weekly and monthly basis with the larger team

Need Immediate Joiners only (4-5 days)

Overall experience 6+ years and relevant at least 2+ years in Golang with Java

● Strong design and architectural experience in building various highly-scalable and

highly-available products

● Strong understanding of the SDLC Activities which include Analysis, Design, Development,

Testing, Deployment and Post-Production Support etc.

● Proficiency in at least one server side framework for languages preferably Go Lang

● Experience working on NoSQL & SQL Databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB,

Redis etc

● Deep Dive, problem-solving, RCA and systematic thinking to reach the cause of issues

● Able to work independently and multi-task effectively

● Program at a system level and able to manage service stability

● Excellent experience maintaining, scalable, extensible code

● Methodical in maintaining up to date documentation

● Metric-driven mindset and obsessive about ensuring clean coding practices

● Preferred experience in product development

● Preferred working experience on microservices platforms

● Proficiency in at least one modern web front-end development framework such as React JS

will be a bonus

Good to Have Skills:

● Preferred experience in Elasticsearch and Kibana (ELK Stack)

● Preferred experience with messaging systems like RabbitMQ

Focus of the role

Any new engineer who comes into data chapter would be mostly into developing reusable data processing and storage frameworks that can be used across data platform.

About you

To be successful in the role, you'll bring skills and experience in:-

Essential 

• Hands-on experience in Spark Core, Spark SQL, SQL/Hive/Impala, Git/SVN/Any other VCS and Data warehousing
• Skilled in the Hadoop Ecosystem(HDP/Cloudera/MapR/EMR etc)
• Azure data factory/Airflow/control-M/Luigi
• PL/SQL
• Exposure to NOSQL(Hbase/Cassandra/GraphDB(Neo4J)/MongoDB)
• File formats (Parquet/ORC/AVRO/Delta/Hudi etc.)
• Kafka/Kinesis/Eventhub

Highly Desirable

Experience and knowledgeable on the following:

• Spark Streaming
• Cloud exposure (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Azure data offerings - ADF, ADLS2, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse, Eventhubs, CosmosDB etc.
• Presto/Athena
• Azure DevOps
• Jenkins/ Bamboo/Any similar build tools
• Power BI
• Prior experience in building or working in team building reusable frameworks,
• Data modelling.
• Data Architecture and design principles. (Delta/Kappa/Lambda architecture)
• Exposure to CI/CD
• Code Quality - Static and Dynamic code scans
• Agile SDLC

Job Description for Microsoft Developer:

• 0-1 years’ experience in C#,UWP/WPF, .net fundamentals, OOPS.
• Working knowledge of SQL

• Develop new features/enhancements and quality changes for a C#.NET WPF/Winforms based desktop application/product.
• Good debugging and troubleshooting knowledge for Windows applications.

• Proven experience in handling large infrastructure and distributed systems like Kafka, Yarn, Elastic Search, etc..
• Familiarity with Python-related technologies and frameworks like Django or Pyramid.
• Experience with Unix/Linux operating systems internals and administration (e.g. filesystems, inodes, system calls, etc) or networking (e.g. TCP/IP, routing, network topologies, and hardware, SDN, etc)
• Familiarity with at least one of the cloud computing infrastructures - GCP / Azure / AWS
• Familiarity with task queue frameworks like Celery or Pika is a plus.
• Source code management and Implementation of security best practices.
• Experienced in building monitoring/metrics & alerting tool (APM tool), a custom dashboard for each Application stack against the supported environment
• Good understanding & implementation experience using 12-factor App principles
• Awareness of Cloud Security concepts
• Awareness of Information Security concepts and Best Practices
