Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Mid-Level .NET Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality applications using Microsoft technologies with a strong emphasis on .NET Core, C#, Web API, and modern front-end frameworks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/SCRUM environment and participate in the full software development lifecycle—from requirements gathering to deployment—while ensuring adherence to best coding and delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET, .NET Core, MVC, and databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Create responsive and interactive user interfaces using JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, HTML, and CSS.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for multi-tier, distributed systems.
• Participate actively in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality and consistent deliverables.
• Assist in configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or similar tools).
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues effectively.
• Collaborate with QA and product teams to validate requirements and ensure smooth delivery.
• Support release planning and deployment activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of professional experience in .NET development.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, MVC, and relational databases such as SQL Server.
• Working knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and the Angular framework.
• Experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Git version control.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

The responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, the following:

Financial Reporting: You will be providing timely and accurate financial reporting to management together with strategic insights on the company s financial position. 

Accounting Systems and Processes - Understanding requirements, identifying, evaluating and implementing the most suitable accounting system/ tools needed to support the accounting needs of the organization

Implementing best in class accounting practices and Internal Control procedures considering:

• Accounts Payables - Purchase to Procurement Cycle & Policies, SOPs and SLAs
• Accounts Receivables - Billing Processes and Systems to raise timely invoices and perform ageing analysis
• Revenue and Cash Reconciliations and suggesting and implementing SOPs and SLAs

Financial Closure - Ensure timely and accurate monthly closures. Consistent analyzing of financial data and presenting financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; monitor progress, changes and keep senior leadership abreast of the financial status;

Audit - Ensure timely year end financial closures – Statutory, Tax and IFC. Handle end to end audit process and ensure timely completion of audits

Compliances and knowledge - Understand the applicability and ensure compliance with all the relevant statutes impacting the company. Keep abreast with all regulations impacting the companies accounting, compliance and reporting requirements as well as those impacting the company’s operations. Understanding of Income Tax, GST, imports and exports, FDI Regulation, Companies Act, and other tax regulations

Automation - Identify and implement processes to automate all routine repetitive tasks.

Assisting leadership in the annual budgeting and planning process; administering and reviewing all financial plans and comparing to actual results with a view to identifying, explaining and correcting variances as appropriate;  

 Leveraging strengths of the finance team members; providing clarity on the roles and responsibilities; developing and implementing training programmes to maximize and help them reach optimal individual and organizational goals;

Motion Graphics Designer

Disprz is looking for a Motion Graphics Designer to create engaging videos mainly for e-learning, concept explainers, corporate presentations and marketing and product demos. The ideal candidate will have exceptional creative skills to visualize a storyboard and deliver aesthetically pleasing, clean and engaging animations. The designer should have an eye for detail, participate in brainstorming sessions with the ID / customer and share new design perspectives and ideas.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and create enticing animations
• Prepare the design plan, concept and layout for the project
• Edit raw video footages where necessary and add special effects to enhance the graphics
• Select and edit audio tracks for the animation
• Edit artwork, illustrations and infographics used in the animation
• Ensure branding guidelines, specifications and design standards are complied with
• Ensure that the outputs are developed in accordance with the Storyboards
• Work closely with Instructional Designers / Customer to understand the storyboard in detail or clarify doubts
• Brief travel to customer locations if necessary

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven working experience in motion graphics, video editing, development and post-production with an impressive body of work
• Should have excellent knowledge with Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Audition, Animate CC, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop)
• Ability to work with infographic artwork with speed and precision
• Deep understanding of fundamental visual design disciplines (typography, iconography, composition, colour, composition, layout, etc.)
