A Day in the Life

As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining secure, scalable, and high-performance backend systems that power our fintech products. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, frontend developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to design APIs, integrate third-party services, troubleshoot production issues, and deliver reliable solutions that enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain backend applications using C# and .NET/.NET Core.

Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Integrate with third-party systems, payment gateways, and external APIs.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in development and production environments.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Basic Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

1+ years of experience in backend development.

Hands-on experience with C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Web APIs, and Entity Framework.

Strong understanding of relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

Knowledge of REST APIs, authentication mechanisms, and API security.

Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and collaboration abilities.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

You'll work closely with our team to implement best practices, improve our architecture, and create a high-performance engineering culture. Over a 6–9-month period, you'll also immerse yourself in game development, Unity, and C# to become a well-rounded technical leader in the gaming space.

• Drive maximum development velocity through direct involvement in development sprints, ensuring developers work as efficiently and effectively as possible.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Drive architectural decisions that ensure scalable, maintainable, and high-performance game products.
• Foster a high-performance engineering culture aligned with ambitious goals, accountability, and proactive problem-solving.
• Implement and enforce engineering best practices (e.g., code reviews, testing, documentation) and the adoption of new tools, technologies including AI, and methodologies to optimize team efficiency.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3+ years in a technical leadership role
• Ability to reasonably estimate and plan tasks and features.
• Strong programming fundamentals and hands-on coding abilities
• Strong grasp of software architecture, TDD, code reviews, and clean coding principles.
• Proficient at profiling games to identify bottlenecks and performance issues.
• Experience building complex, scalable software systems
• Proven track record of driving architectural decisions and technical excellence
• Experience mentoring and developing engineering talent
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

- Net development work experience

- Proficiency in NET Development with Net Core.

- Good understanding Azure, Docker and Kubernetes

• Design, develop, implement, test and support new Sitecore 8.2 features defined by business project team.
• Participate in discussions with product owner to refine requirements.
• Work with the rest of the development team, helping where appropriate

• Certified senior or semi-senior Sitecore developer with 4+ years Supporting and Developing Sitecore solutions (must have)
• Senior or semi-senior MVC C# developer (must have)
• 4+ years experience with front end development: javascript, css, HTML. (must have) • Experience with personalization features and xDB with MongoDB (nice to have) • Familiar with secure coding practices - how to prevent SQL injections, Encrypted traffic, etc

We are looking for a full‐time Senior .Net Full Stack Developer working on a new enterprise resource planning
application development as well as ongoing support for the application that is already in the production. The
successful candidate will join the existing development and support team. As an experienced .Net Developer, you
will work with a fast‐paced development team within an agile development framework.

Key Responsibilities
 The primary objective is the implementation of a new ERP application
 Development of framework based on C# and .Net Core with Core, Data, Services, UI Framework, Admin,
Web and Windows layers
 Provide TDD methodology and Unit testing for developed functionality
 Design and development of Conceptual/Logical/Physical Data Models
 Ensuring entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability
 Equally proficient in back end and front end/UX design
 Prototype new features for rapid releases
 Be actively involved in product and architecture decisions
 Collaborate with other developers and participate in peer code reviews to ensure the technical solution
meets business requirements/needs
 Research new technology, tools, and methods to increase software efficiency
 Diagnose and fix bugs
 Provide on‐going support (debugging, issue resolution, data migration) for the current version of IBIS
application in production
 Implement and support EDI initiatives
 Conduct, support and trouble shoot data migration
 Configure and support Azure Cloud Computing Service
