Job Overview:

We’re searching for a Human Resources Operations Executive for our internal Operations teams to handle strategic HR-related issues and concerns. We’re looking for someone who can help in

implementing and executing Human Resource plans and programs.

Job Responsibilities -

● Handle overall HR Operations, including end-to-end onboarding formalities, performance management, office time management, and employee documentation.

● Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, pre & post-joining formalities,

employee documentation, background verification (BGV), and issuing offer & appointment letters.

● Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR data in compliance with company policies.

● Support Talent Management initiatives, including performance tracking, employee retention efforts, and workforce planning.

● Plan and coordinate Training & Development programs by identifying training needs and supporting learning initiatives for employee growth.

● Drive Employee Engagement activities to improve morale, culture, and workplace relationships.

● Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR processes and communication.

● Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures as required.

● Handle payroll processing and compensation & benefits administration, ensuring accuracy

and timely execution.

Website Developer will be responsible for the coding, design, and layout of the website, encompassing its visual appearance and technical functionality. They will build websites and web applications according our client's or company's specifications, ensuring they are visually appealing, easy to navigate, and perform efficiently across all devices.

The primary duties of the Website Developer will include :

Design and Development :

- Writing clean, testable, and efficient code using programming languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Developing and maintaining websites and web applications.

- Creating responsive designs that ensure websites look and function correctly on various screen sizes (desktop, tablet, mobile).

Integration and Performance :

- Integrating data from various back-end services and databases.

- Optimizing websites for speed, scalability, and performance.

- Ensuring cross-browser compatibility and adherence to web standards.

Testing and Maintenance :

- Conducting rigorous testing (unit, integration, end-to-end) to ensure all features are working correctly and identifying/fixing bugs.

- Maintaining, expanding, and scaling the website as business needs evolve.

- Ensuring website security and implementing best practices.

Collaboration :

- Working closely with UI/UX designers, project managers, and other developers to translate design mockups and functional requirements into a technical reality.

- Gathering and refining specifications and requirements based on technical needs.

You will make an ideal candidate if you have: 

• Overall 6+  years of software development experience in building web-based and highly scalable applications 

• Excellent understanding of core computer science concepts like algorithms, data structure, system design, OOP, etc. 

• Deep knowledge and development expertise in Core Java and SpringBoot 

• Experience in using dockers and Linux.

• Hands-on coding experience in developing web applications with REST APIs

• Good understanding/exposure to Kafka and Elastic.(must have)

• Log stash understanding is add-on

• Worked in a CI/CD environment with Jenkins and handled deployments by yourself 

• Experience working in an agile team with software engineering practices like automated testing, test-driven-development, continuous integration, etc is a big plus.
