Job Description: LLM AI Agent Developer (Marketing Applications)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced LLM AI Agent Developer to join our team and drive the development of AI-powered marketing automation solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing intelligent AI agents using large language models (LLMs) to enhance customer engagement, content generation, personalization, and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy LLM-based AI agents tailored for marketing applications, including customer interactions, content creation, lead nurturing, and automation.
• Implement prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and reinforcement learning techniques to optimize AI agent performance.
• Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
• Develop and optimize chatbots, virtual assistants, and AI-driven content generation tools for marketing teams.
• Ensure AI agents align with brand voice, tone, and marketing goals while maintaining ethical AI practices.
• Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, data science, product) to define and refine AI-driven marketing strategies.
• Monitor agent performance and leverage analytics to improve response accuracy, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in LLMs, NLP, AI frameworks, and AI ethics to drive innovation in marketing AI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience developing LLM-based AI agents for marketing use cases.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as LangChain, Transformers, OpenAI API, Hugging Face.
• Experience with fine-tuning LLMs, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate), and embeddings.
• Strong knowledge of NLP, deep learning, and generative AI models.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with marketing tech stacks (e.g., CMS, social media automation, email marketing platforms).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of AI ethics, responsible AI development, and bias mitigation in AI-driven marketing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multimodal AI (text, images, video) for marketing applications.
• Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) for personalized marketing AI.
• Prior experience working in a startup or SaaS company.

What can you expect?

You will be part of the founding team at LDU and will be responsible for the end-to-end technology of the company including:

- Work with the founders on cutting edge technologies, including AI/ML, blockchain, computer vision, etc. across the tech-stack.

- Formulate long-term technology & product strategy along with implementation roadmap, while envisioning the tech-stack

required to scale the business 100X

- Architecting and engineering solutions across the entire technology stack including front-end, back-end, infrastructure,

architecture, server-side engineering, UI, etc. in line with the company's strategy.

- Work on the D2C website and enhance the user experience while increasing the company's online presence.

- Provide help to everyone in the team and greatly reduce the time and technical costs of team communication, technology

docking.

- Plan and collaborate with the other teams including marketing/ growth, customer success/ sales, design, operations, etc. to

implement new product features, growth hacks/ initiatives identified through user interviews/ insights, etc in a timely manner.

- Will be involved in a horizontal technical requirement, so should be able to make a prototype design for a product very rapidly

while executing the same with a wide range of techniques.

- Build processes/mechanisms to track the KPIs across product/ technology and ensure religious execution of the targets

- Build and lead the technology team including the engineering team, product team, Quality Assurance, etc.

The Application Developer will be responsible for developing custom solutions specializing in C# and NET technologies to support the overall enterprise application initiatives Guides team members in

Adhere to NET framework for automation projects to ensure manageability and maintainability of ode base

7+ years of work experience in developing Business IT Applications, Digital technologies, and Platform implementation

Practical experience of developing machine learning systems

Strong software skills in Python/R/C#

Experience in using machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow a plus

Lead and work with ML engineers and data scientists to build smart automation & ML applications

Strong software troubleshooting skills, and an understanding of programming constructs in C# NET, in a MS Windows based enterprise software environment
