Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate Territory Sales Manager with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of agricultural products. The ideal candidate will manage the entire territory, developing relationships with farmers, distributors, and channel partners from the ground up.
š Key Responsibilities:
- Sales: Drive sales by onboarding farmers, distributors, and channel partners within the designated territory.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and channel partners; act as the primary point of contact for financial matters.
- Demand Generation: Actively participate in early morning meetings focused on generating demand.
- Daily Review: Attend nightly meetings to track progress and performance.
- Collections: Ensure timely collection of payments from channel partners.
š Requirements:
- BSc / MSc in Agriculture
- 2 to 4 years of experience in agri-inputs or micro-irrigation
- Strong understanding of:
- Credit periods
- Channel and dealer margins
- Distributor networks and credit limits
- Hands-on experience in direct farmer interactions
- Solid commercial acumen and ability to work independently in a field-driven environment

About Role
The Writer will play a key role in daily operations, eventually managing a growing team of content creators in the capacity of a Manager/Editor.
The role demands someone proactive (getting to work instead of waiting for instructions) with killer written communication skills.
