Roles and Responsibilities -

Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and
performance based on the insights

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against
goals (ROI and KPIs). Build robust top of the funnel and manage rest of the funnel -
Incharge of CPI, Conversion and CAC metrics

Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date. Have a pulse
on trending topics as well which will be shared with content team

Collaborate with internal and external teams including content, product and ops and
marketing and design agencies to craft campaigns and decide on KPIs on campaigns
Experience you MUST have:

Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices. hands-on
experience in PPC on google and FB ecosystems

Should have experience with reporting tools in order to track every dollar on marketing spend with ROI

Nurturing New Leads/Pitch Cals (25%)
We expect between 1 to 2 Pitches scheduled daily from both inbound and outbound leads. Each Pitch takes 45 minutes to an hour, including following up with the next steps. This time is also spent working with our team to create the SEO Proposals and learning about the client before the call.
Nurturing Existing Leads & Customers (25%)
