Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Design Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in mechanical design. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience using CAD software and a good understanding of manufacturing processes, fabrication drawings, and sheet metal design.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and modify 2D and 3D mechanical designs using CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
• Prepare detailed fabrication and manufacturing drawings.
• Design sheet metal components and assemblies based on project requirements.
• Coordinate with production and fabrication teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Review and update engineering drawings as per design changes.

Position Summary

This role is responsible for the ongoing support, configuration, and optimization of Discover Dollar's client's Lucernex platform, with a focus on lease administration, real estate lifecycle management, and financial integrations. You will partner closely with Finance, Real Estate, and Technology teams to ensure the stability, integrity, and continuous improvement of Lucernex capabilities, including lease accounting (IFRS 16), site lifecycle tracking, critical dates, payments, and integrations with core financial systems.

What You Will Do

• Provide day-to-day functional support for the Lucernex platform, including incident triage and issue resolution
• Configure and maintain Lucernex modules supporting lease administration, site management, and financial processes
• Monitor application performance, lease data accuracy, and financial integrity
• Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes for system and data issues
• Support lease lifecycle activities, including lease setup, amendments, renewals, terminations, and critical date tracking
• Ensure accuracy of lease accounting outputs, including rent schedules and integration to downstream systems (e.g., GL)
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver system enhancements, process improvements, and automation opportunities
• Support UAT, releases, and go-live readiness for system changes and upgrades
• Develop reporting and dashboards to provide insights into lease portfolio, obligations, and key dates

What We Are Looking For

• Strong experience supporting lease administration, real estate systems, or financial systems
• Understanding of lease accounting principles (e.g., IFRS 16 / ASC 842)
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management in a production support environment
• Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and workflows
• Experience supporting UAT, defect management, and release cycles
• Understanding of system integrations and data flows, particularly between lease systems and ERP/GL platforms

What You Will Bring

• 5+ years of experience in application support, preferably with Lucernex or similar lease/real estate management platforms (e.g., CoStar, Visual Lease, Nakisa)
• Hands-on experience with lease administration, critical date management, and financial data handling
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to data accuracy and controls
• Ability to analyze data discrepancies, system logs, and integration issues
• Experience working in structured service management environments (ITIL or similar)

Responsibilities: Design Development:

·        Lead the design development process, ensuring that concepts align with client preferences, project goals, and industry standards.

·        Develop comprehensive interior design schemes, including space planning, color schemes, and material selections.

Drawings and Documentation:

·        Create detailed interior drawings, plans, and elevations using industry-standard software.

·        Collaborate with architects and other design professionals to integrate interior design elements seamlessly into overall project documentation.

Vendor Coordination:

·        Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers.

·        Coordinate with vendors to source and procure materials, furniture, and fixtures that meet project specifications and budget constraints.

Shop Drawings and Specifications

·        Review and approve shop drawings to ensure they comply with design intent and project requirements.

  • Develop and communicate detailed specifications for construction and installation processes.

Quotes and Budget Management:

·         Prepare accurate and detailed project cost estimates and quotes.

·        Work closely with the project management team to monitor and manage project budgets effectively

FF&E Selection:

·         Lead the selection of furniture, fixtures, and equipment based on design concepts, client preferences, and project requirements.

·        Stay updated on industry trends and product innovations to enhance design offerings

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.

·         1 to 4 years of proven experience in interior design with a focus on commercial or residential projects.

·         Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software

·        Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture procurement.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to lead and collaborate within aa team environment.

·         Project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines and budgets effectively.

Senior React Native developer will be responsible for developing, designing and maintaining the core framework of mobile applications for our platform. This includes tasks such as creating and implementing new features, troubleshooting and debugging any issues, optimizing the performance of the app, collaborating with cross-functional teams and staying current with the latest advancements in React Native and mobile app development. We are looking for exceptional candidates who have an in-depth understanding of React, JavaScript and TypeScript, can create pixel-perfect UI and are obsessed with creating the best experiences for end users.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Architect and build performant mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms using React Native.
2. Work with squad leaders and other managers to provide technical consultation and assist in defining the scope and sizing of work.

4. Lead configuration of our platform HealthMachine™ in line with functional specifications and development of platform modules with a focus on quality and performance.

Requirements

1. Hands-on experience working in a product company developing consumer-facing mobile apps that are deployed and currently in use in production. He/she must have at least 3 mobile apps live in Apple App Store/Google Play Store.
2. Proven ability to mentor junior engineers to realize a delivery goal.
3. Solid attention to detail, problem-solving and analytical skills & excellent troubleshooting skills.
4. 4+ years’ experience working as a mobile developer in React Native.
5. In-depth understanding of React and its ecosystem with the latest features.
6. Experience in writing modular, reusable custom JavaScript/TypeScript modules that scale well for high-volume applications.
7. Strong familiarity with native development tools such as Xcode and Android Studio.
8. A positive, “can do” attitude who isn’t afraid to lead the complex React Native implementations.
