Job Overview

We are looking for a female Jr. Purchase Engineer / Jr. Purchase Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the Purchase, Production, and Planning departments, ensuring smooth procurement operations, and maintaining accurate documentation and follow-ups with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate between Purchase, Production, and Planning departments to ensure timely material procurement.
• Prepare and release Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and on time.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and calls with suppliers to track order status and delivery schedules.
• Maintain and update purchase records, documents, and supplier databases.
• Support vendor development and assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Engineering Graduate (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial, etc.) – Fresher or up to 2 years of experience.
• Alternate Qualification: B.Sc., BCA, or B.Com graduates with good communication skills and proficiency in English are also welcome to apply.

Skills Required

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to manage and oversee the successful delivery of complex technical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, a solid understanding of project management methodologies, and the ability to coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage technical projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals.
• Work closely with stakeholders, including product owners, developers, designers, and QA teams, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Responsibilities :

• Manage the day-to-day operations including product content, site maintenance, Listing hygiene inventory availability, pricing and promotional activities, on-site content improvements, ensuring a perfect store online and the best consumer experience.
• Develop campaign strategies and audience targeting recommendations per brand and product line. Continually optimize product listings, brand store, and enhanced content
• Work cross-functionally with the sales team, PPC Managers  and other Amazon partners to drive incremental revenue and increase advertiser satisfaction
• Ability to deliver the highest level of customer service to our clients. See to it that the reports are sent to clients on time and according to the format that is set
• Make sure that the media plan is set after discussion with the analyst and PPC manager
• Manage Communication with the clients weekly as well as account wise, Keeping a track of all the ad campaigns &  deliverables list etc. 
• Develop strong relationships with Amazon vendor managers, partners and external agencies
• Maintain KPIs and report on performance to key stakeholders identifying risks and opportunities, making recommendations, and implementing the action plan.
