What You Will Do

• Develop Automated Testing Frameworks: Design, build, and maintain automated testing frameworks and systems across various platforms and technologies.
• Collaborate on Test Planning: Work closely with QA analysts and engineers to understand system requirements and features, translating these into detailed, scalable, and robust automated tests.
• Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD): Integrate automation tests with CI/CD pipelines, ensuring continuous testing and feedback in the software development lifecycle.
• Performance and Scalability Testing: Implement automated scripts to test performance and scalability of our software products, identifying bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
• Bug Detection and Reporting: Utilize automated tests to detect and document bugs and issues within software products, collaborating with development teams to ensure timely resolutions.
• Tool and Technology Evaluation: Stay informed on the latest trends and tools in automated testing, recommending and implementing new technologies to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Quality Metrics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on quality metrics generated from automated tests to inform quality improvements and decision-making.

Who We Are Looking For

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: 3+ years of previous experience in QA automation or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful automation projects.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, TestComplete, Appium) and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
• Understanding of QA Methodologies: Deep knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, with the ability to apply this knowledge to automation practices.

Position Overview:

• You will ensure the robustness of the Product’s automation initiatives before they can be distributed to internal clients & external users.
• You will carry out functional integration testing between the company’s applications, products, and services.
• Success in this role will be determined by your ability to successfully perform end-to-end testing of automation processes.

 Responsibilities:

• Interact with product management and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project and testing objectives
• Design and create test conditions, test data and test scripts to address business and technical use cases
• Working with deployments teams, resolving level issues for systems, coordinating on product design, and offering inputs on the testability of functional elements and product designs
• Use various tools and techniques to execute test cases and build/script new tools for performing testing/validation function
• Develop and lead the automation strategy/effort and generate scripts to perform automated testing cycles using Selenium

Requirements:

• Experience in automation of functional test cases of products or applications implemented using Angular or React or Vue
• Hands-on experience working on API Testing using a tool like Postman, SOAPUI etc.
• Experience in performance testing and bench marking the product performance under certain constraints using JMeter,LoadRunner, NeoLoad, LoadView, etc.. This is an added advantage.

SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER

An SDET is a test professional with advanced programming skills who can create automation testing tools and frameworks to assist the manual testing process.

We are looking for a talented SDET to contribute to and review the creation of a testing suite for production software. The SDET's responsibilities include both software development and testing tasks and focuses on the testability, robustness, and performance of production software.

SDET Responsibilities:

- Understanding the flow of code and how it interacts with different components.

- Understanding project documents, customer demands, and product objectives to create and execute test cases.
- Setting up, maintaining, and performing test automation frameworks on multiple application platforms, such as Mobile, Desktop, and Web, and building test scenarios and acceptance tests.

- Handling technical communications and understanding the customers' systems.
