About the Role:

We are looking for a Systems Engineer (L2) to join our growing infrastructure team. You will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling our cloud communication platform that handles billions of messages and voice calls annually.

Key Responsibilities:

 — Design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure — AWS/GCP/Azure.

 — Manage and optimize networking components — routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers.

 — Handle incident response — monitor systems, identify issues, resolve production problems.

 — Implement DevOps best practices — CI/CD pipelines, automation, containerization.

 — Collaborate with backend and product teams on system architecture.

— Performance tuning — ensure high availability and reliability of platform.

— Security management — implement security protocols and compliance standards.

Required Skills:

Technical:

• Linux/Unix administration — strong fundamentals
• Networking — TCP/IP, DNS, BGP, VoIP protocols
• Cloud platforms — AWS/GCP/Azure — minimum 2 years
• DevOps tools — Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, CI/CD
• Monitoring tools — Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana, Datadog
• Scripting — Python, Bash, Shell
• Databases — MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis

Soft skills:

What You’ll Do

● Design cloud infrastructure that is secure, scalable, and highly available onAWS

● Work collaboratively with software engineering to define infrastructure and

deploying requirements

● Provision, configure and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure defined as code

● Ensure configuration and compliance with configuration management tools

● Administer and troubleshoot Linux based systems

Your Superpowers

● At least 3-5 years of experience building and maintaining AWS infrastructure

● Strong understanding of how to secure AWS environments and meet

compliance requirements

● Expertise using Chef/Cloudformation/Ansible for configuration management

What you will do?

• Automate infrastructure creation with Terraform, AWS Cloud Formation
• Perform application configuration management, and application-deployment tool enabling infrastructure as code.
• Take ownership of the Build and release cycle of the customer project.
• Share the responsibility for deploying releases and conducting other operations maintenance.
• Enhance operations infrastructures such as Jenkins clusters, Bitbucket, monitoring tools (Consul), and metrics tools such as Graphite and Grafana.
• Provide operational support for the rest of the Engineering team help migrate our remaining dedicated hardware infrastructure to the cloud.
• Establish and maintain operational best practices.

• Design the team strategy in collaboration with founders of the organization.

What are we looking for?

• 4+ years of experience in using Terraform for IaaC
• 4+ years of configuration management and engineering for large-scale customers, ideally supporting an Agile development process.
• 4+ years of Linux or Windows Administration experience.
• 4+ years of version control systems (git), including branching and merging strategies.
• 2+ Experience in working with AWS Infrastructure, and platform services.
• 2+ Experience in cloud automation tools (Ansible, Chef).
• Exposure to working on container services like Kubernetes on AWS, ECS, and EKS
• You are extremely proactive at identifying ways to improve things and to make them more reliable.

You will be preferred if

• Expertise in multiple cloud services provider: Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform
• AWS Solutions Architect Professional or Associate Level Certificate
• AWS DevOps Professional Certificate

Engineers : Min 3 to 5 Years

• Design and implement DevOps processes for new projects following the department's objectives of automation.
• Collaborate on projects with development teams to provide recommendations, support and guidance.

• Create and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring and operations.
• Automation of processes in a scalable and easy to understand way that can be detailed and understood through documentation.
• Develop and deploy software that will help drive improvements towards the availability, performance, efficiency, and security of services.
• Maintain 24/7 availability for responsible systems and be open to on-call rotation.
