We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Principal AI Scrum Master to lead and evolve Agile delivery practices with AI-first principles. This role goes beyond traditional Scrum by incorporating AI tools for intelligent sprint planning, backlog prioritization, productivity analytics, and workflow automation. Key Responsibilities:
· AI-Driven Agile Facilitation
o Run agile ceremonies using AI tools (e.g., Jira AI Assist, ClickUp Brain) for sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
o Automate task prediction, story point estimation, and workflow triage with intelligent assistants.
o Guide teams in AI-powered test generation, documentation, and continuous improvement.
o Track metrics via dashboards and predictive analytics; promote feedback loops using AI tools.
o Champion AI-first practices across the agile lifecycle.
· Product & Sprint Alignment
o Align backlog priorities and sprint goals with product vision.
o Manage scope, capacity, and commitments collaboratively with Product Owners and Tech Leads.
· Team Coaching & Enablement
o Foster a high-performing, psychologically safe team culture.
o Mentor team members on agile roles and AI-integrated workflows.
· Impediment & Risk Management
o Proactively remove blockers, manage risks, and resolve cross-team dependencies.
o Introduce automation and AI tools to streamline delivery.
Required Skills:
· Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments, preferably with AI-integrated workflows.
· Strong command of Scrum principles, ceremonies, and artifacts with a track record of facilitating AI- first sprints.
· Experience using AI-enhanced agile tools (e.g., Jira AI Assist, ClickUp Brain, Relevance AI) for planning, tracking, and reporting.
· Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills—especially in coaching teams through AI tool adoption.
· Familiarity with prompt engineering to support AI-generated testing, documentation, or backlog refinement.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sprint data through intelligent dashboards and predictive models.
· Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and scaled frameworks (SAFe, LeSS) is a plus.
· Knowledge of software development life cycles and experience collaborating with AI/ML teams.
· Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PSM) are a plus.
