DevOps Engineer - Windows Server Administration

Synactive India Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and driven Technical Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our technical products and the needs of our clients, working closely with them to offer tailored solutions that drive business growth. You will be responsible for understanding our product offerings, engaging with prospective customers, conducting demos, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients to introduce Synactive's product offerings.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations that effectively communicate the value and features of our solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements, presenting customized solutions that address specific business needs.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on long-term engagement and customer satisfaction.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met post-sale, including onboarding and support.
• Use CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline management, and performance metrics.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in technical sales or a similar role within the IT industry.
• Strong knowledge of relevant technologies (SaaS, cloud solutions, or other tech products).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to explain technical features to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in technical sales or similar role preferred.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and help translate these into technical requirements for the development team
• Planning and documenting technical specifications for features or system design
• Designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements
• Directing the development team in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of applications
• Writing testable, scalable, and efficient code and leading code reviews
• Mentoring junior team members and ensuring they adhere to determining software quality standards
• MERN stack is mandatory

·        Maximum 5 years of Information Technology/Technology Operations/Information Security experience required.

·        Minimum 3 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Identity & Access Management, Role Based Access Control, and Identity Governance is mandatory.

·        Knowledge on User Life Cycle Management, Access provisioning, Access administration is must.

·        Experience with technologies such as Role-Based Active Control (RBAC) and Attribute Based Access Control (ABAC) is required.

·        Experience in User Access Re-certification activities is mandatory.

·        Working knowledge on Active Directory is must.

·        Working experience on any IAM tool (SailPoint/Okta/OneIdentity/Varonis/MIM) would be added advantage.

·        Knowledge on Identity and Access Management role/processes/tools is must.

·        Prior experience in processing IAM requests (Add/Modify/Delete) is must.

·        Experienced in Incident management & Change Management processes.

·        Knowledge of and the ability to adhere to SAS and SOX audit requirements pertaining to Identity & Access Management job requirements.

·        Education Qualification : Any graduate/post graduate with Computer Science background.

• 3+ years of Experience majoring in applying AI/ML/ NLP / deep learning / data-driven statistical analysis & modelling solutions.
• Programming skills in Python, knowledge in Statistics.
• Hands-on experience developing supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms (regression, decision trees/random forest, neural networks, feature selection/reduction, clustering, parameter tuning, etc.). Familiarity with reinforcement learning is highly desirable.
• Experience in the financial domain and familiarity with financial models are highly desirable.
• Experience in image processing and computer vision.
• Experience working with building data pipelines.
• Good understanding of Data preparation, Model planning, Model training, Model validation, Model deployment and performance tuning.
• Should have hands on experience with some of these methods: Regression, Decision Trees,CART, Random Forest, Boosting, Evolutionary Programming, Neural Networks, Support Vector Machines, Ensemble Methods, Association Rules, Principal Component Analysis, Clustering, ArtificiAl Intelligence
