We are hiring an experienced Senior Associate – SailPoint IIQ to support IAM operations, L3 production support, application onboarding, and platform enhancements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), Java, and Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of experience in IAM with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
• Hands-on experience in L3 Production Support and troubleshooting
• Strong experience in Application Onboarding and Identity Lifecycle Management
• Good knowledge of Java, REST APIs, SQL, and SailPoint connectors
• Experience with Incident, Change, Problem Management, and RCA
• Knowledge of Active Directory, ServiceNow, Jira, and Git

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email, research, and social media to introduce company product and services and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
• Generating leads by working on researching a prospect company and/or by cold calling.
• Supporting the sales team in the daily administrative tasks.
• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
• Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
• Conduct a need analysis and determine prospects pain points.
• You will help to create identify and track sales leads, generate sales report.
• Should be comfortable and fluent on both written and verbal communications via calls/emails and chats. He/She will be working closely with sales team.
• Prepare a pitch and help deliver the necessary details of IT Companies to prospect lead by assisting the business delivery team.
• Good knowledge of latest tech stacks in Digital Service, mobile and Web Technologies
• Work with Sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly/quarterly revenue goals.

1) Be open to learn new frameworks like Hapi.JS , Typescript , Nest.JS

2) Strong DB concepts , and hands on knowledge on MongoDB , REDIS

3) Experience working with micro-services will be a plus

4) Experience working with JWT and IAM systems will be a plus

5) Experience working with Postman , Swagger will be a plus

6) TDD knowledge is an advantage and also working with Unit Test code and familiar with test code coverage concepts.

7) Strong operating system knowledge is a plus with knowledge of how to manage threads.

8) Working experience with RabbitMQ , Kafka will be a plus

9) Strong knowledge of JS internals is a must.
