This is a remote, contract-based opportunity for individuals interested in earning by reselling Gotit4all HRM software. Important Clarification.

• This is a completely commission-based reseller opportunity.

Work Model

You are responsible for reselling Gotit4all HRM software to your own clients and earning commission based on successful conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients such as schools, businesses, and organizations
• Explain and present the features and benefits of the HRM software
• Resell and onboard clients onto the platform
• Maintain basic relationships with referred clients

Earnings

• 10% commission on monthly subscription plans
• 15% commission on yearly subscription plans

There is no fixed salary. Earnings depend entirely on the number of clients you bring.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and lead generation within the software industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Branding:

Brand Strategy Development:

·      Create and implement a comprehensive branding strategy aligned with company values, business goals, and unique aspects of the HRMS software.

·      Conduct market research to identify opportunities for brand differentiation.

Brand Identity:

·      Oversee the creation and maintenance of brand guidelines for software products.

·      Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all marketing materials and communications.

Content Creation:

·      Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality visual and written content.

·      Develop compelling narratives and case studies that resonate with the target audience in the software industry.

Social Media Strategy:

Strategy and Planning:

·      Develop a robust social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement for software products.

·      Create and manage a social media content calendar focused on software-related content.

Content Management:

·      Produce, curate, and manage published content across all social media platforms.

·      Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and user-generated content.

Analytics and Reporting:

·      Track and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.

·      Provide regular reports and insights to inform strategy adjustments.

Lead Generation:

Strategy Development:

·      Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive qualified leads to the sales team.

·      Utilize a mix of digital marketing tactics including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing.

Campaign Management:

·      Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns.

·      A/B test landing pages, email campaigns, and ad creatives to maximize conversion rates.

Lead Nurturing:

·      Develop and manage lead nurturing campaigns to move prospects through the sales funnel.

·      Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up.

YouTube Strategy:

Content Strategy:

·      Develop a YouTube content strategy that aligns with brand and marketing goals, focusing on the HRMS software product.

·      Plan and produce engaging video content highlighting software features, benefits, and use cases.

Channel Management:

·      Manage the YouTube channel including uploading videos, writing descriptions, and optimizing metadata.

·      Engage with the audience through comments and community posts.

Analytics and Optimization:

·      Monitor YouTube analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

·      Optimize video content for SEO and viewer retention.

Qualifications:

·      Proven experience in branding, social media management, lead generation, and YouTube strategy, specifically for software products.

·      Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices in the software industry.

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·      Proficient in using social media management and analytics tools.

·      Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

·      Familiarity with SEO and PPC advertising.

·      Previous experience in a similar role within the software or technology industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the manual testing efforts of the QA team in an Agile development environment.
• Create and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Collaborate with development teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and execute test cases.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Develop and maintain test documentation, including test cases, plans, and reports.
• Provide timely and accurate reports on test progress, defect status, and quality metrics to higher authorities.
• Perform Functional, Non-Functional, GUI testing, Smoke, Sanity testing, Performance testing, Pen Testing, Monkey testing, Retesting & Regression testing.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA process.
• To prepare daily Sprint reports.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in software testing and QA methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software testing and QA, with a focus on manual testing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a team lead managing at least 5 team members in an Agile development environment
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology.
• Experience with testing web-based applications, mobile applications, and APIs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with test management tools, such as JIRA, AIO, Trello, etc.
• ISTQB certification is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Build the automation of the collection processes.
• Pre-processing of structured and unstructured data.
• Handle large amounts of information to create the input to analytical Models.
• Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms Innovate Machine-Learning , Deep-Learning algorithms.
• Build Network graphs , NLP , Forecasting Models Building data pipelines for end-to-end solutions.
• Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges. Collaborate with product development teams and communicate with the Senior Leadership teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a highly quantitative field (e.g. Computer Science , Engineering , Physics , Math , Operations Research , etc) or equivalent experience.
• Extensive machine learning and algorithmic background with a deep level understanding of at least one of the following areas: supervised and unsupervised learning methods , reinforcement learning , deep learning , Bayesian inference , Network graphs , Natural Language Processing Analytical mind and business acumen
• Strong math skills (e.g. statistics , algebra)
