Key Skills
• Excellent hands-on expert knowledge of cloud platform infrastructure and administration
(Azure/AWS/GCP) with strong knowledge of cloud services integration, and cloud security
• Expertise setting up CI/CD processes, building and maintaining secure DevOps pipelines with at
least 2 major DevOps stacks (e.g., Azure DevOps, Gitlab, Argo)
• Experience with modern development methods and tooling: Containers (e.g., docker) and
container orchestration (K8s), CI/CD tools (e.g., Circle CI, Jenkins, GitHub actions, Azure
DevOps), version control (Git, GitHub, GitLab), orchestration/DAGs tools (e.g., Argo, Airflow,
Kubeflow)
• Hands-on coding skills Python 3 (e.g., API including automated testing frameworks and libraries
(e.g., pytest) and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform) and Kubernetes artifacts (e.g.,
deployments, operators, helm charts)
• Experience setting up at least one contemporary MLOps tooling (e.g., experiment tracking,
model governance, packaging, deployment, feature store)

• Knowledge of SQL (intermediate level or more preferred) and familiarity working with at least

• Design and implement robust database solutions including

  • Security, backup and recovery

  • Performance, scalability, monitoring and tuning,

• Create data architecture strategies for each subject area of the enterprise data model.

• Communicate plans, status and issues to higher management levels.

• Collaborate with the business, architects and other IT organizations to plan a data strategy, sharing important information related to database concerns and constrains

• Produce all project data architecture deliverables..

• Create and maintain a corporate repository of all data architecture artifacts.

GENIE, our smart marketing platform helps them do that.  It is a mobile app that integrates with bank and brands on one end and Google and Facebook on the other.  It not only helps them discover and access customers searching for these products online, but also attract them to their stores with offers better than online.
10. The app was launched in July 2021 and has shown a 100% month-on-month growth, with more than 23% of the merchant’s monthly sales now happening through it.  
11. In the next 5 years Innoviti wants to scale up its GTV from $10Bn to $30Bn, multiplying its revenue 10X.

Responsibilities

• Provision MySQL instances, both in clustered and non-clustered configurations
• Ensure performance, security, and availability of databases
• Prepare documentations and specifications
• Handle common database procedures, such as upgrade, backup, recovery, migration, etc.
• Profile server resource usage, optimize and tweak as necessary
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

Skills and Qualification:

• Graduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline from Tier-1 Institutes

• 4-6 years of proven experience in Database Administration
• Decent experience with recent versions of MySQL
• Understanding of MySQL’s underlying storage engines, such as InnoDB and MyISAM
• Experience with replication configuration in MySQL
• Knowledge of de-facto standards and best practices in MySQL
• Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL statements
• Knowledge of MySQL features, such as its event scheduler
• Ability to plan resource requirements from high level specifications
• Familiarity with other SQL/NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc. 
• Knowledge of limitations in MySQL and their workarounds in contrast to other popular relational databases

The role and responsibilities of Oracle or PL/SQL Developer and Database Administrator:
• Working Knowledge of XML, JSON, Shell and other DBMS scripts
• Hands on Experience on Oracle 11G,12c. Working knowledge of Oracle 18 and 19c
• Analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation. Complete knowledge of
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Writing Complex Queries, stored procedures, functions and packages
• Knowledge of REST Services, UTL functions, DBMS functions and data integration is required
• Good knowledge on table level partitions, row locks and experience in OLTP.
• Should be aware about ETL tools, Data Migration, Data Mapping functionalities

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for building data and analytical engineering pipelines with standard ELT patterns, implementing data compaction pipelines, data modelling and overseeing overall data quality

• Work with the Office of the CTO as an active member of our architecture guild

• Writing pipelines to consume the data from multiple sources

• Writing a data transformation layer using DBT to transform millions of data into data warehouses.

What To Bring

• 5+ years of software development experience, a startup experience is a plus.

• Past experience of working with Airflow and DBT is preferred

• 5+ years of experience working in any backend programming language. 

• Strong first-hand experience with data pipelines and relational databases such as Oracle, Postgres, SQL Server or MySQL

• Experience with DevOps tools (GitHub, Travis CI, and JIRA) and methodologies (Lean, Agile, Scrum, Test Driven Development)

• Experienced with the formulation of ideas; building proof-of-concept (POC) and converting them to production-ready projects

• Experience building and deploying applications on on-premise and AWS or Google Cloud cloud-based infrastructure
