The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to own the full sales cycle, from initial lead contact to final deal closure. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, acting as a brand ambassador and a trusted advisor. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management & Pipeline Coverage:

• Proactively address and respond to all inbound leads in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure complete lead coverage by diligently following up with every assigned lead throughout the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all customer interactions within the CRM to ensure transparency and team accountability.

Sales Execution & Conversion:

Customer Focus & Relationship Building:

Multi-Channel Communication:

• Engage with customers through a variety of touch points including phone calls, emails, and text messages.

We are building an AI-powered chatbot platform and looking for an AI/ML Engineer with strong backend skills as our first technical hire. You will be responsible for developing the core chatbot engine using LLMs, creating backend APIs, and building scalable RAG pipelines.
