We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Engineer – Python AI to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI technologies, MERN stack, and Python full stack development, with a passion for building scalable and intelligent systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered applications using Python and MERN stack.
• Architect scalable and maintainable full-stack solutions integrating AI models and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to integrate machine learning models into production systems.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security across all layers of the application.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies in AI, data engineering, and full-stack development.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Python full stack and MERN stack.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies, machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and data processing tools.
• Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and version control (Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications in AI/ML or Full Stack Development are a plus.

Mandate Skills:

• 3 - 7 years of experience in cloud-native applications (Azure strongly preferred) using Python.
• Thorough understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) design and practices.
• Strong RDBMS experience (PostgreSQL, MS SQL etc.) designing tables & writing queries.
• Great command of design patterns (especially integration design patterns)

The trainee will work as part of Customer Success & Operations Team, solution-oriented services to Fortune 500 clients. In this role, you will be supporting the US Region and contribute to the success of our clients.

Roles and Responsibility:

• Serve as Trainee Procurement Analyst on Zycus Procurement Applications (Source to Pay)
• Work on all aspects of maintenance of an already implemented customer including business process mapping
• Work with the Technical Account Manager to ensure deliverables are on-time, increase efficiency and resolve issues for customers by coordinating with multiple teams from Zycus & customer side to achieve customer satisfaction
• Participate and contribute to best practices (tools/process), knowledge sharing like customer KYC

External Skills And Expertise

• MBA in Supply Chain and Operations
• 0-3 years of relevant experience
• Prior Work Experience in any fields related to Customer Success, Operations, SaaS products, Procurement/ Supply Chain domain with MBA specialization in any other streams (other than Supply Chain and Operations) may be considered basis on merit.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills is a must.
• Flexible, enthusiastic approach to work including a strong desire to learn new tools & techniques to solve business problems.
• Collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to learn, execute and excel. Multitask and work with priorities.
• This role requires to work with our US customers, therefore the candidates should be willing to work in shifts.

• 4+ years of experience Solid understanding of Python, Java and general software development skills (source code management, debugging, testing, deployment etc.).

• Comfortable working with deep-learning libraries (eg. PyTorch)
• Candidate can even be a fresher with 1 or 2 years of experience IIIT, IIIT, Bits Pilani, top 5 local colleges are preferred colleges and universities.
• A Masters candidate in machine learning.
