Job Description: B2B Sales Executive – HR Consulting Services Position: B2B Sales Executive / Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated B2B Sales Professional to generate new business and expand SkillDeck’s HR consulting services. This includes recruitment consulting, payroll outsourcing, compliance, training & development, and other HR solutions.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience in lead generation, client pitching, and corporate sales.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate leads from corporates, SMEs, and startups.

Build a strong pipeline of decision-makers (CHROs, HR Heads, CXOs). Pitch SkillDeck’s HR consulting services with tailored presentations. Convert leads into long-term contracts or retainers.

Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment, payroll, training) to align client needs.

Maintain sales reports, CRM data, and provide market insights. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

2–5 years’ experience in B2B sales / corporate sales.

Proven track record of lead generation & closures in consulting/professional services.

Strong communication & negotiation skills.

Good understanding of HR processes & consulting services.

Self-driven with the ability to work independently. Compensation Fixed + Performance Incentives (based on revenue closed).

• Must have applied knowledge of Python and trending data libraries.
• Experience on Python Backend Development framework like Flask, Django etc.
• Must have experience working on AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, API Gateway etc).
• Must have experience working on SQL optimization and performance tuning.
• Nice to have technical knowledge in any ETL/ BI Tools (Datastage, Informatica, Alteryx, Microstrategy, RDM, MDM etc.

The Senior Consultant (SDFC) role is responsible for Leading a Development Team. This role adheres to and promotes MTX Group, Inc’s company’s values by performing respective duties in a manner that supports and contributes to the achievement of MTX Group, Inc’s company’s goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop end to end Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web components, Lightning Aura components, Force.com APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, components etc
• Play a technical lead role in evaluating new CRM technologies/add-ons and developing plans for their implementation into Salesforce org
• Provide technical support for existing custom APEX code being used on the Force.com platform
• Integrate applications with salesforce leveraging SOAP/REST-based solutions
• Train other development resources on Salesforce development practices
• Maintain alignment with Salesforce development best practices
• Build future integration points between Salesforce and Custom Applications

What you will bring:

• 4+ years of extensive experience in Apex and Lightning development
• 1+ Years of experience in LWC
• Prior experience of working as technical lead on the projects 
• Skills: Lightning Web Components, Lightning Aura components, Bitbucket / Continuous Integration, Jenkins, Modern Javascript, Salesforce Lightning Design System(SLDS)
• Hands-on experience with Web services and integration
• Extensive experience in developing Lightning Components - both within the Salesforce Lightning Design System and by writing custom Lightning Components
• Strong communication skills -- both verbal and written
• Experience creating Workflow, process builder and Approval process
• Experience with developing data models within Salesforce
• Understanding of UX and UI design principles
• Experience with interacting with external systems via Salesforce callout
• Good experience of SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) and SOSL (Salesforce Object Search Language)
• Functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Services & community cloud modules
• Should have exposure to version control and continuous integration via Bitbucket or Github

Qualifications

Required Experience

• Love for Software and the Microsoft tech stack.
• 4+ years of experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Microsoft Azure, etc
• Passion for upcoming tech; experience/tinkering with ASP.NET Core, Azure Cosmos DB, etc
• Basic SQL programming 
• Ability to work with client-side scripting languages; newer frameworks and paradigms such as React, Flutter or Angular
• 2+ years of experience developing large/complex application end-to-end

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Web Development is required.
• Strong middle-tier development (API's).
• Should be hands-on with the technical deliverables.
• Very strong software engineering - design, development and testing, experience.
• Good understanding of design / architectural patterns and automation platforms.
