Buildesk is seeking a driven Customer Success Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring client success with our Sales & Payment Management solution for the real estate industry, fostering long-term partnerships, and driving product adoption and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with Buildesk clients.
• Lead end-to-end implementation, customization, and configuration of CRM and ERP solutions.
• Provide expert training, support, and troubleshooting for clients and internal teams.
• Proactively monitor customer health metrics to mitigate churn and ensure high satisfaction.
• Identify and execute upsell/cross-sell opportunities to contribute to revenue growth.
• Collaborate with sales and onboarding teams for seamless client transitions.
• Tactfully resolve client inquiries and provide ongoing post-sales support.
• Conduct market research and articulate Buildesk's value proposition.
• Execute outbound communication strategies for lead nurturing and relationship management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role, ideally within software/technology.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver effective product training and support software business models.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience monitoring customer health metrics.
• Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems.
• Verifiable track record of increasing customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build AI-driven voice and messaging features (e.g. smart IVRs, call transcription, virtual agents)
• Develop backend services using Python, Node.js, or Golang
• Integrate OpenAI, Whisper, and LangChain with real-time VoIP systems like Twilio, SIP, or WebRTC
• Create scalable APIs, handle call logic, and build AI pipelines
• Collaborate with the founder and early team on product strategy and infrastructure
• Participate in occasional in-person strategy meetings (Delhi, Bangalore, or nearby)

Must-Have Skills

• Strong programming experience in Python, Node.js, or Go
• Hands-on experience with VoIP/SIP, WebRTC, or tools like Twilio, Asterisk, Plivo
• Experience integrating with LLM APIs, OpenAI, or speech-to-text models
• Solid understanding of backend design, Docker, Redis, PostgreSQL
• Ability to work independently and deliver production-grade code

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with LangChain or agent-based AI systems
• Knowledge of call routing logic, STUN/TURN, or media servers (e.g. FreeSWITCH)
• Interest in building scalable cloud-first SaaS products

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP PLM implementation projects, including design, configuration, and deployment.
• Provide expert-level guidance in Specification Management, Recipe Development, and PLM Labeling.
• Develop and enhance workflows and change management processes within the SAP PLM framework.
• Design and implement PLM integrations with third-party systems.
• Create and manage PLM master data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the system.
• Participate in solutioning for multiple enhancements in the areas of Specification, Recipe, and Labeling.
• Conduct PLM data modeling, data migration, and support S/4HANA upgrade projects.
• Oversee the configuration and system setup for PLM modules.
• Establish and manage release processes, ensuring timely delivery of system updates.
• Handle incidents and support requests related to SAP PLM functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• 6-10+ years of experience in SAP PLM, with a proven track record in implementation projects.
• Expertise in Specification Management, Recipe Development, PLM Labeling, and Workflow Management.
• Experience in Change Management processes within SAP PLM.
• Proficiency in integrating SAP PLM with third-party systems.
• Hands-on experience with PLM data modeling and data migration activities.
• Familiarity with S/4HANA upgrades and migrations is highly desirable.
• Strong background in FMCG and/or life sciences industries is a plus.
• Ability to manage PLM master data creation and configuration processes.
• Experience in system setup, release management, and incident handling for SAP PLM.
