Roles & Responsibilities:-

• To find, nurture, qualify and close opportunities to meet the revenue quota by the Business team. 
• Generate qualified opportunities through Bidding, phone calls, emails, internet research etc.
• Manage outbound calling by the team to US-based prospects. 
• Execute call and email campaigns to generate new sales prospects and manage the pipeline.
• Work with the executive team to design and improve outbound efforts Comprehensive utilization of use of sales tools such as LinkedIn, Freelancer, Guru, Elance and other tools to research opportunities.
• Business Development & Client Servicing for Website and Mobile Design and Development Services.
• Generate leads, follow-up & client servicing. 
• Initiate prospects' communication and make presentations. 
• Negotiate terms & understand client requirements. 
• Raise invoices & manage collections from clients.

Job Description:

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will:

• Operationalize AI models for production, ensuring they are scalable, robust, and efficient.
• Work closely with data scientists to optimize machine learning model performance.
• Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for the deployment and management of AI models in a production environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy scalable machine learning models into production environments.
• Optimize models for performance and scalability.
• Implement continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for machine learning projects.
• Monitor and maintain model performance in production.

Prior Experience Required:

• 2-4 years of experience in machine learning or data science, with a focus on deploying machine learning models into production.
• Proficient in Python and familiar with data science libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration of machine learning models.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize machine learning models for performance and scalability.
• Familiarity with machine learning lifecycle management tools and practices.
• Experience in developing and maintaining scalable and robust AI systems.
• Knowledge of best practices in AI model testing, versioning, and deployment.
• Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation metrics.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in professional Web Development
• Proven software development experience in Core PHP, Codeigniter, WordPress; Laravel is a plus.
• Must have 2+ yrs experience in VueJs.
• Experience in ReactJs, NodeJs is a plus.
• Excellent Software Design and Architecting capabilities
• Complete familiarity with client-side scripting and Angular JS, Ember JS , JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery.
• Complete familiarity and expertise in web markup, including HTML5, CSS3.
• Expertise in third party API integration - payment gateways, Storage, Streaming services, etc.
• Complete familiarity and experience working with JSON / XML and REST API structure
• Familiar with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment technologies such as Bitbucket, Jenkins and Git
• AWS/Google Cloud Deployment is a must; Devops capability is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web services.
