About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Cinema Software Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of exclusive, hands-on experience in Vista Cinema systems. This role will be based in Kuwait and involves managing, configuring, customizing, and deploying cinema management software across multiple modules to meet business and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end deployment, installation, and configuration of cinema management software in various operational environments.
- Provide round-the-clock second-level technical support for system issues as required.
- Expert-level handling of software modules including Head Office, Cinema, Loyalty, Connect, Service Framework, and Voucher Management.
- Ensure system modules are optimized and aligned with cinema operations and business workflows.
- Customize and tailor system functionalities based on unique client requirements.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software or integration issues involving third-party applications.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and support units to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
- Deliver documentation, user training, and technical support on software features and updates.
- Collaborate with global support and development teams to implement patches, updates, and system enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of full-time experience working exclusively with Vista Cinema software.
