Responsibilities:

• Act as a Techno-Functional Consultant and maximize adoption of our company.
• Assist & train Customers to implement their process and help them to resolve their support queries.
• Increase overall retention and do in-depth analysis to create up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Eliminate risks proactively and share product feedback and experience with the Product team.
• Showcase newly released features and maximize consumption, share a road-map with customers and gather their feedback to improvise the product.
• Delivering and communicating ROI for our clients, throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Being the trusted partner for the customer on the use-case and product functionality.
• Customer onboarding, training, and support.
• Making customers aware of resources such as knowledgebase articles, tutorials, how-to videos, and webinars.
• Gathering customer feedback and sharing it internally to improve the product and/or establish better Customer Support practices.
• Analyzing customer data and helping them discover aspects of the product that are most beneficial to them.
• Carrying out periodic health checks to avoid churn.
• Firefighting during account escalations.
• Account management and renewals.
• Keeping customers updated on changes to the product they're using, new features, and new products they might find useful.
• Encouraging customer advocacy through internal NPS surveys, external reviews, case studies, testimonials, and referrals.
• Upselling and cross-selling through review of customers' progress.

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and help shape the user experience and interface of our digital products. As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **User Research:** Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors.

2. **Wireframing and Prototyping:** Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visualize design concepts and interactions.

3. **UI Design:** Design visually stunning user interfaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and intuitive to use.

4. **UX Design:** Develop user journeys, information architecture, and interaction design to optimize the overall user experience.

5. **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and QA testers to ensure design requirements are met.

6. **Feedback Integration:** Gather feedback from users and stakeholders and iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing results.

7. **Brand Consistency:** Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all digital products and platforms.

8. **Stay Updated:** Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

**Requirements:**

1. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.

2. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

3. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

4. Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.

5. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

7. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

**Preferred Qualifications:**

1. Experience working in an Agile development environment.

2. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design implementation purposes.

3. Familiarity with motion design and animation principles.

4. Experience designing for mobile platforms (iOS and Android) as well as web applications.

• Develop, record and maintain cutting edge web-based Laravel E-commerce and Marketplace websites and maintaining the back-end of mobile applications

Manage social media handle and posts: Being into creative field the easiest way to connect with fellow artists, curators, galleries, art events, there are various ways we need to keep communication e.g. Infographics, static posts, illustrations supporting the content, art related articles, explainer videos, animations etc. writing content for all the different types of communication channels and modes.
2. Jumbish events: Where there are various communication stationery need to be prepared e.g. posters, flyers, banners, etc.
3. Jumbish Service offerings like Sales brochure, Coffee table books, Catalogs, Logo designs, brand stationeries, event merchandise like badges & caps, Book cover illustrations, Artist’s website, etc.  Content development for the various service offerings.
