Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations

and drive people-centric initiatives across departments. The ideal candidate will support talent

acquisition, employee engagement, policy implementation, compliance, and overall HR strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

 Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening,

interviewing, and offer roll-out.

 Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction processes for new hires.

 Work with department heads to forecast staffing needs.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

 Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.

 Drive employee engagement activities and events.

 Conduct stay interviews, pulse surveys, and exit interviews.

3. HR Operations

 Maintain and update HRIS/database for employee records.

 Prepare HR reports and dashboards (attendance, attrition, etc.).

 Manage performance appraisal processes in coordination with leadership.

4. Policy & Compliance

 Implement and ensure adherence to HR policies and labor law regulations.

 Support in drafting and revising company policies and HR manuals.

 Handle documentation, contracts, and compliance audits.

5. Training & Development

 Coordinate training programs and development plans aligned with organizational goals.

 Identify skill gaps and assist in L&D initiatives.

Key Skills & Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

(MBA/PGDM preferred).

 2–4 years of experience in an HR generalist or similar role.

 Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.

 Proficiency with HR software/tools (e.g., Zoho People, Excel, ATS platforms).

 Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Candidate must have a proven track record in commercial real estate development (e.g., malls, office buildings, industrial setups).
• Candidate must have minimum 20 years of experience in real estate project management.
• Need candidate having strong experience across the entire project lifecycle – including planning, government approvals, vendor management, and execution.
• Need candidate with 10+ years of experience working with top-tier real estate firms such as DLF, Vatika, Unitech, etc.
• Candidate must have deep knowledge of construction norms, regulatory compliance, and legal approval processes.
• Candidate must have a well-established industry network within the real estate and construction ecosystem.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Video Editor to join our Media & Entertainment division. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling and possess strong technical skills in video editing. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across different sectors, providing exposure to diverse content creation opportunities.

Responsibilities:

- Edit raw video footage into engaging and compelling content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.

- Collaborate with content creators, producers, and directors to understand project requirements and vision.

- Utilize industry-standard software and tools to enhance video quality, including editing for pacing, sound, color correction, and visual effects.

- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and style across all video content.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video editing techniques and software.

- Manage and organize video assets, maintaining an efficient workflow throughout the editing process.

- Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality videos that meet or exceed client expectations.

- Adapt quickly to feedback and make necessary revisions to video edits as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing editing skills and creative storytelling abilities.

- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or similar programs.

- Strong understanding of video production processes, including shooting, editing, and post-production techniques.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards in editing and final output.

- Creative mindset with the ability to bring ideas to life through visual storytelling.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

- Experience with motion graphics, animation, or visual effects is a plus.

Excellent understanding of ISO 270001 processes, IT systems infrastructure and best practices.

Working experience in emerging technologies like MS Azure, O365, SharePoint Online, Virtualization. 

Strong hands on experience on Fortinet, Cyberoam Firewall, Vlans, Active Directory & Domain Controller migrations.

Should have prior experience in Server, Network, OS Hardening/fine tuning of Security parameters/Infrastructure audits.

Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases, NMS tool, data storage systems, CCTV and phone systems.

Able to configure Group Policies and Printer Management Able to connect machine to the Domain Controller Able to Install through Domain Controller.

Ability to Install and Configure Symantec/ Kaspersky Endpoint Security, Antivirus in Network and Standalone Environment.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.
