Job Title: L2 Post-Sales Engineer – Cisco SSE (Secure Service Edge)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead partial or full deployment of Cisco SSE components under guidance from senior engineers.
• Configure and optimize Cisco (ZTNA, SASE, SWG, CASB).
• Assist in integrating Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela/Meraki) into SSE frameworks.
• Perform Level 2 troubleshooting, including analysing logs, policy behaviour, and network flow.
• Engage directly with client IT teams to provide remote support, training, and resolution planning.
• Contribute to maintaining solution documentation, run books, and knowledge base.
• Participate in upgrade/migration projects and post-deployment optimization efforts.

Technical Skills Required:

• Good understanding of Cisco SD-WAN (routing, security policies, cloud integration).
• Familiarity with SASE architecture, ZTNA, SWG, CASB, and cloud security posture.
• Ability to perform log analysis, packet capture interpretation, and root cause diagnosis.
• Comfort with CLI and web-based interfaces of security/networking tools.
• Basic scripting/automation (Python, Shell) experience is a plus.

Certifications (Preferred but Not Mandatory):

• Cisco Certified Specialist – Security Core / CCNP Security
• Cisco Umbrella and Duo product training/certification
• Other SASE/SSE vendor exposure (Zscaler, Prisma, Netskope) is a plus

• Strong expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, REST APIs.
• Strong front-end experience with Angular 8+, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Hands-on with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, CI/CD.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS) is an added advantage.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Domain Expertise (ADDED): Proven experience working on Auto-Loan Management Systems (LMS), Vehicle Finance, or related banking/NBFC solutions.

- Responsible to lead a team of contact center resources and ensure effective service level adherence through timely and accurate resolution of advisor and client queries daily

- Coach phone agent performance via e-mail, phone, and face to face interactions regarding policies and procedures, system knowledge & customer service skills. Be responsible for field questions/escalations with in-bound calls and facilitate call-backs, as needed

- Partner with Human Resources and functional Leaders to formulate career progression / employee development plans

- Provide Leadership guidance and motivate team members to improve/sustain performance through effective coaching and mentoring techniques, individually through periodic 1-0-1 meetings, and also at a team level through regular huddles and team meetings

- Perform quality review functions for the team, including real time and recorded call monitoring sessions and end to end error checking, reporting, and validation through the appropriate channels

- Share quality results with phone agents and leader, identify gaps and facilitate trainings. Serve as a mentor to provide agents with feedback to improve their overall performance

- Coaching team members at all levels; development of poor performers whilst also inspiring top performers.

- Assist in customer service-related, business-driven, process improvement initiatives, or related projects to provide subject matter expertise, as well as serve as a resource to less-experienced customer service team members, as necessary

     THE ROLE IN SUMMARY

Omnicom Media Group (OMG) has an immediate opening for a highly motivated and talented backend web application developer, specializing in AWS cloud technologies. In this position you will be joining an in-house development team whose primary responsibility is developing new features and functionality for multiple existing web applications and day to day troubleshooting and issue resolution. The ideal candidate will possess excellent critical thinking and troubleshooting skills and have proven experience using popular AWS services commonly used to build serverless web application architectures. Candidates are expected to have strong knowledge of AWS API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB and Python programming. Familiarity with Cloud infrastructure as code frameworks, such as Serverless Framework, Terraform or CloudFormation, etc. is also required. Excellent English communication skills are a must as you will be a part of a team working alongside our primary development team in addition to several business analysis and project managers. 5+ years of prior backend and Cloud web application and software development experience required.
