We are looking for a strong individual contributor who is excited about making sense of complex concepts, thrives on ambiguity, and loves coming up with ideas and bringing them alive through design.
Key Responsibilities
- You’ll be expected to understand our brand identity and create a visual identity guideline for different touchpoints.
- You’ll be involved throughout the design process from the concept stage to delivery.
- You’ll develop visual assets for various campaigns across channels to increase the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- You’ll design digital content assets that are pivotal to communicate with our prospects and customers in the international markets.
- You'll be responsible to create and own imagery style on customer-facing assets such as Website, emails & collaterals, etc.
What are we looking for?
- You understand the global technology consumer and the relevant design sensibilities.
- You start all design work with a problem statement, goal, and context.
- Your work is conceptually clear and visually stunning.
- You are well versed with contemporary imagery style and have the skill set to create them.
- You have a high level of competency in most of the applications of Adobe CC.
- You have worked on contemporary design tools like Figma that enable team collaboration.
- Have spent the last 3-6 years of your career on digital design projects at agencies, design focused startups with exposure to international markets.
- You have a portfolio to showcase.

What is the role?
We are looking for an experienced and creative Freelance Product Designer to join our team! As the Freelance designer, you will be responsible for delivering the optimal user experience across our product portfolio spanning web and mobile apps. This is a high visibility role and has a large contribution to the overall success of the product and customer satisfaction. The
role requires deep collaboration with the product, technology, marketing and sales teams. This role might include some people management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft every detail of new and existing product features, from understanding the customer pain point to defining wireframes, high definition prototypes and finally working with the technology team to taking it live.
- Partner closely with our Product, Marketing and Technology teams to understand what users need, want, and love about the product. Use the data to plan and define the optimal user experience.
- Create design systems that help with a common design language across the entire product portfolio in a distributed team.
- Aid product marketing in telling the product stories in the best way possible to help users in product adoption and onboarding.
- Build and implement processes for user testing. Take a data driven approach to decision making.

We are looking for a Senior UI & UX Designer capable of handling product design projects at a high level. You will work closely with both client and in-house product/design/dev teams on mid-to-long term projects.
