
Prepare and update monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports
Including plant-wise costing, inventory reports, and Manufacturing Plant Profit & Loss
Analyze financial data and suggest improvements
Assist in budgeting and monitoring expenses

Work with plant and internal teams to collect and manage financial information
Identify financial risks or issues and share with management
Support audits and ensure financial compliance
Present financial reports and suggestions to management
Manufacturing-Specific Duties:
Provide timely data on product cost and inventory for each plant
Coordinate with plant teams for reporting and decision-making needs
Maintain a strong cost accounting system and suggest cost-saving measures
Reconcile inventory data, including weight/process loss entries
Handle finance-related tasks for new plant setups, including agreement reviews
Review work of manufacturing accounts team and help resolve their queries

Your Day-to-Day

- Analyse the Revenue flows and processes large datasets to gather process insights and propose process improvement ideas for Carsome across SE-Asia
- Lead commercial projects & process mapping, from conceptualization to completion, to build or re-engineer business models, tools and processes.
