ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Standardization and Governance:

• Establishing and maintaining project management standards, processes, and methodologies.

Resource Management:

• Facilitating the sharing of resources, tools, and methodologies across projects.
• Planning and allocating resources effectively.

Communication and Reporting:

• Ensuring effective communication and information flow among project teams and stakeholders.
• Monitoring project progress and reporting on performance.
• Communicating strategic work progress, including risks and benefits.

Project Portfolio Management:

• Supporting strategic decision-making by aligning projects with organizational goals.
• Selecting and prioritizing projects based on business objectives.
• Managing project portfolios and ensuring efficient resource allocation across projects.

Process Improvement:

• Identifying and implementing industry best practices into workflows.
• Improving project management processes and methodologies.
• Optimizing project delivery and resource utilization.

Training and Support:

• Providing training and support to project managers and team members.
• Offering project management tools, best practices, and reporting templates.

Other Responsibilities:

• Managing documentation of project history for future reference.
• Coaching project teams on implementing project management steps.
• Analysing financial data and managing project costs.
• Interfacing with functional units (Domain, Delivery, Support, Devops, HR etc).
• Advising and supporting senior management.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 3+ years of proven experience in Project Management roles with strong exposure to PMO processes, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project status tracking, risk assessments, budgeting, variance analysis, and defect tracking across multiple projects.
• Proficient in Project Planning and Scheduling using tools like MS Project and Advanced Excel (e.g., Gantt charts, pivot tables, macros).
• Experienced in developing project dashboards, reports, and executive summaries for senior management and stakeholders.
• Active participant in Agile environments, attending and contributing to Scrum calls, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, IT, etc.).
• Preferably familiar with Jira, Azure DevOps, and Power BI for tracking and visualization of project data.
• Exposure to working in product-based companies or fast-paced, innovation-driven environments is a strong advantage.

Skills Required:

Job Description:

• Mandatory:        Extensive hands-on experience in developing web applications using C# ASP.NET and MVC
• Mandatory:       TSQL ability to develop and analyze existing complex flows within Stored Procedures
• Mandatory:        Utilizing REST APIs for development of background processes with an emphasis on security (OIDC/OAUTH) and performance

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive and visually appealing websites, focusing on user experience and functionality.
• Build high-converting landing pages tailored to various marketing campaigns and objectives.
• Implement and optimize contact forms for lead generation, ensuring seamless integration with email marketing systems.
• Set up and manage email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar.
• Integrate analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) to track website performance and digital marketing metrics.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Web Developer, with a portfolio demonstrating previous projects, especially landing pages and contact forms.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design frameworks like Bootstrap.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
• Experience with digital marketing tools, including email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Active Campaign, etc.) and Google Analytics.
• Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of integrating third-party services (CRM, email marketing, lead capture tools, etc.) into websites.

• The candidate should have strong experience in Rest Assured, API Testing and Java.
• Proficiency in API testing tools like Postman

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Developer with strong hands-on experience in SuiteScript, workflow management, and PDF handling. The ideal candidate will also have proficiency in Celigo integration and excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize NetSuite solutions using SuiteScript 2.0 and 2.1.
• Design, implement, and manage complex workflows within NetSuite.

You will be contributing in architecting the database/reporting layer to support complex queries and data exports of millions of records.
