Key Responsibilities

1. Calendar & Office Management

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for the Managing Director.
• Maintain and update daily and weekly calendars proactively.
• Provide timely reminders and ensure smooth workflow management.
• Organize and maintain physical and digital files, documents, and confidential records.

2. Communication & Coordination

• Receive, screen, and prioritize calls, emails, and messages for the MD.
• Act as a liaison between the MD and employees, departments, and external stakeholders.
• Handle VIP/HNI customer interactions, reservations, and special ODC/party orders.
• Manage communication related to projects, new launches, and expansion initiatives under the MD’s purview.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries and track work plans assigned by the MD.

3. Documentation & Reporting

• Take dictations and draft correspondences, data points, and responses based on the MD’s preferences.
• Prepare, edit, and compile agendas, minutes of meetings, reports, presentations, and briefs.
• Observe discussions conducted by the MD and translate them into actionable plans for execution.

4. Travel & Hospitality Coordination

• Arrange domestic and international travel, ticketing, hotel bookings, and logistics for the MD and senior executives.
• Coordinate boarding and lodging for outstation visitors based on MD’s instructions.

5. Vendor, Supplier & Procurement Coordination

• Coordinate with international suppliers and vendors (e.g., China, Italy) regarding quotations, purchase orders, and shipments.
• Negotiate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Manage purchase comparisons, approvals, and payments.

6. Operational & Infrastructure Support

• Oversee maintenance, upkeep, and repair work of corporate offices, outlets, and store infrastructure.
• Coordinate on a case-by-case basis as per MD’s directions.

7. Research & Analysis

• Undertake primary and secondary research on assigned topics.
• Prepare detailed briefs, reports, and presentations within stipulated timelines.

8. Employee Training & Onboarding

• Assist in induction and training of employees associated with or supporting the MD’s office

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle: concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support.
• Diagnose performance issues, fix bugs (including crashes and ANRs) to increase the functionality of the application
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code
• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
• Prepare and produce releases of software components

• MBA/ engineering from premier Institutions
• 4-7 years experience with at least 3 years in areas relevant to operations or operations design (for Pre MBA profiles)
• 2-4 years experience with at least 1 year in areas relevant to operations or operations design (for MBA profiles)
• Experience in working on marketplace/ blue-collared mobile products
• Deep analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong data and analytics capabilities
• Product mindset and problem-solving ability
• Ability to look at the big picture while solutioning    

• You will work with Account Managers and clients to troubleshoot the challenges they face on a day-to-day basis. This could be anything from solving small CMS hiccups to recommending a better workflow, leveraging HubL for a better solution, to executing great parts of HubSpot CRM implementations.
• You will work closely with the tech and marketing delivery teams to architect and implement HubSpot setup and workflows so you can achieve client goals in the most efficient manner.
• You will support and eventually lead HubSpot onboarding for company clients.
• You will be required to upskill on HubSpot and a host of other martech tools continuously and over time become a match specialist.
• You will enable the learning of others on HubSpot, so your love for knowledge sharing will be put to use.
• You will be assigned as a Project Manager for the company's marketing services clients.

Qualifications and skills

• 3+ Years working on HTML/CSS. JavaScript is a plus
• Experience working with Content Management Systems like HubSpot, WordPress, etc. 
• Have experience in HubL and creating HubSpot templates using HubL. HubSpot CMS certification is a plus.
• Worked with web designers to create HubSpot templates and custom modules from scratch.
• Worked on apps and integrations from the HubSpot marketplace.
• Understand APIs and integrations, from the tech as well as the business sides.
• Strong sense of design and are able to articulate what is on-trend, what looks good. Attention to detail is a must.
• Ability to work on multiple projects at once
• Excellent communication skills
• Critical thinking and troubleshooting
