**Job Description:**

1. We are looking for at least 3 to 6 years of experience and have infosec certifications CISSP ,Data Security ,CISA,Cloud security,Security montioring&incident response,ECSA, or relevant proven experience in Setting up ,executing Infosec processes for organisations using policies and technologies.

2. Must have understanding and experience in SaaS technology and setting & enhancing up infosec policies and controls to secure cloud infra,data of saas ,IT infra, Code practices. with respect to NIST,SOC2,ISO 27000 series,CIS, MITRE,GDPR,OWASP,SANS frameworks.

3. Specialized on GRC (to carry required compliance certifications one by one needed for SaaS )as well as able to do ground work with respect to technical Setup, execution of the infosec related controls & activities such as Vulnerability assessment, SIEM & incident response, Cloud security, Data security in SaaS with respect insider data theft and outsider exploitation, code security ,pen testing and able to present it to management etc.

As an Azure Cloud Engineer, your responsibilities include:-

• Developing and deploying Cloud solutions in collaboration with the cloud team.
• Managing and maintaining Cloud Labs portfolio.
• Creating, debugging, testing, and documenting Cloud Labs. 
• Identifying, analysing, and resolving Cloud infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues.
• Regularly reviewing existing systems and making recommendations for improvements.
• Generating curriculum for technical training.
• Working with the internal team to design, own, and deliver advanced training courses.
• Handling a group of 50-100 mentees/students and constantly guiding them through the course curriculum.

Responsibilities:

Manage the entire Training for all new joiners - including fresher and laterals - technical and English both

Manage all trainees - from their infrastructure, time in, time out, leaves, reporting, status, training schedule, training

technologies Etc.

Assess and evaluate all trainees and plan their training schedule, technologies, trainer, timings, etc.

Coordinate with recruitment team to hire and work with the best trainer for each technology

Coordinate with existing pool of trainers, add new trainers and organize online training

Assign tests, exams and get them evaluates for all trainees

Well versed with MS word and excel, google doc n sheets, WebEx and zoom

Manage all trainees data, results, ranking, status, and evaluate them and report to Management & HR

Train yourself if confident to give training in English or any IT language

Location : Bhopal

Timing : US Shift Timing 6 Pm to 3:30 AM

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interface with leads via inbound and outbound calls with various source (in-house / Microsite) Converting leads into confirmed applications PAN India

•Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

• Responsible for student admission and achieve their targets

• Understand student needs / requirements and pitch a suitable program

• Counselling, Interacting with students and Parents.

• Support students one on one in their selection of course, application process and meeting application deadlines.

• Should be able to assist students in obtaining the necessary documentation needed for the application process.

• Provide students, parents, and guardians with information regarding admissions requirements and processes, enrolment process or other procedures.

• Coordinate systematic and efficient handling of applications and communications with parents of student applicants.

• Ability to empathize with students and parents, thus able to build relationships through conversations

• Ability to handle end to end admission cycle
