Position : Lead – Java Full Stack Developer

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Lead Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java (Java 21, Spring Boot, and Hibernate), Angular (v19), and AWS to lead agile scrum teams and drive end-to-end feature delivery.

Key Skills Required :

• Java 21, Spring Boot MVC, Spring Data, Hibernate, Gradle
• Angular 19, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, REST APIs
• PostgreSQL / RDBMS / NoSQL
• AWS services: S3, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch
• CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub), Docker
• Unit Testing (Jasmine/Karma or Jest)
• Tools: JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence
• Strong in design patterns, OOPs concepts, and performance optimization
• Excellent debugging and communication skills

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable full stack solutions
• Lead sprint tasks, perform code reviews, and ensure code quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders and convert requirements into technical specs
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and follow DevOps/CI-CD best practices
• Guide team members and promote technical best practices

Responsibilities

· Work on PHP CodeIgniter

· Experience for API development for mobile apps

· Train to junior PHP team member

· Complete allotted Project task on proper time

· Contribute to project tracking and planning

· Do Oral or written client communication for the project

· Client communication and technical support.

Requirements

· Excellent Communication skills

· Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, Bootstrap, and PHP

· Expertise in MVC architecture and MySQL

· Design/Development experience in CodeIgniter

· Experience developing API using REST is huge plus point

· Strong proficiency in JavaScript, JQuery & third-party integration

· Clean coding style with the clear separating of UI and functionality.

Skills and Experience :

• 2-7 years of experience as a Java/J2EE developer.
• 1-3 years of experience with Angular / React is desirable.
• 2-5 years of experience in using Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Thorough knowledge of server-side development.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Good understanding of web services (WSDL SOAP, RESTful).
• Hands-on experience in using Application Servers like WebSphere.
• Expertise in relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server).
• AI/ML domain knowledge is desirable.
• Familiarity with common stacks.
• Knowledge of multiple frontend languages and libraries, like HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery.
• Experience in implementation of Microservices
• Experience with AWS (S3, SQS, SNS, ECS, EC2, ALB, API Gateway, Lambda, etc.) is highly desirable
• Good understanding of Docker & Kubernetes is highly desired.
• Familiarity with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgresSQL), web servers (Apache), and UI/UX designs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
