Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Noida. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for customer service, communication, sales, customer support, and training in the freight brokerage industry.

Role & Responsibilities

• You will be working with the Rust compiler and will be responsible for compiling to alternate targets such as WebAssembly
• You will be exposed with TDD for unit testing individual functions and integration testing for testing publicly exposed APIs
• Working with a Git style workflow where every commit deploys to a stagingenvironment and merged pull requests deploy to production
• Setting up CI/CD pipelines for testing and deployment (canary, staging) using Github actionsaccording to project needs
• Developing software in Rust
• Maintaining and improving existing rust codebases.

Major Responsibilities:

• Understand product requirements and design test plans/ test cases.
• Collaborate with developers for discussing story design/ test cases/code walkthrough etc.
• Design automation strategy for regression test cases.
• Execute tests and collaborate with developers in case of issues.
• Review unit test coverage/ enhance existing unit test coverage
• Automate integration/end-to-end tests using Junit/ Mockito /Selenium/Cypress

Requirements: 

• Experience of web application testing/ test automation
• Good analytical skills
• Exposure to test design techniques
• Exposure to Agile Development methodology, Scrums
• Should be able to read and understand code.
• Review and understand unit test cases/ suggest additional unit-level coverage points.

• Designing, developing, testing, and deploying mobile applications using the Flutter framework and Dart language.

• Staying updated with the latest Flutter and Dart developments and best practices.

• Writing code for both the front end and the back end using MERN stack [MongoDB, Express.js, React.js and Node. js]

What you will be doing

• Working closely with the Engineering lead to contribute to deciding the backend as well as frontend system architecture for products used by consumers, retailers, and other stakeholders.
• Stay informed about the product strategy; evaluate the feasibility of solutions proposed by PMs, estimate development effort, and help in planning the roadmap and individual features.
• Building the blocks of the entire system across multiple products on your own from the ground up with the freedom to try new things.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other developers to meet the timelines.
• Built systems that scale through software, contributing to the architecture and design.

What we would like to see in you

• 2-4 years of relevant experience as a full-stack engineer who has owned the entire stack of a product or a major module.
• Strong programming expertise in any of the JavaScript frameworks like NodeJS, ExpressJs, or Python frameworks like Django.
• Strong computer science fundamentals in OOPs, DS algorithm design and time complexity analysis.
• Experience in writing REST APIs
• Good understanding of relational databases and networking systems.
• Proficiency with at least one Object Oriented language(e.g Java, Python)
• Exposure to Cloud Platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Ability to work in an unstructured environment
• High enthusiasm and self-drive to build systems from the ground up.
• Focus on things that work compared to traditional conventions.

• Experience in Web and Mobile Applications.
• Agility and ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and scope and priorities
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript (ECMAScript 5, 6)
• Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks available for it (SailsJS, Express)
• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds.Familiarity with front-end technologies.
• User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
• Interaction with multiple data sources.
• Good understanding of SQL syntax.
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
