Job Description

- Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of build, system testing and implementation phases of the project.

- Transform business function requirements into technical program specs to code, test and debug programs.

- Develop, code, document and execute unit tests, systems, integration and acceptance tests and testing tools for functions of high complexity.

- Perform performance tuning to improve performance over multiple functions

- Engage other technical team members in the design, delivery, and deployment of solutions.

- Ensure integration system activities including monitoring the technical architecture (particularly scalability, availability and archiving) meet all SLA's.

- Undertake performance tuning activities for SAP integration activities.

- Mentor and coach junior developer resources.

- Provide consulting services on new and existing initiatives.

Qualifications

We are looking for a SAP expert with hands-on coding experience who is looking to create a difference by delivering business transformation solutions (specifically in P2P and O2C) to large enterprises.

· Good Functional knowledge of FI and Material Management (MM)

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media creatives, brand collaterals, and campaign visuals that align with the brand’s identity and marketing goals.
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
• Create eye-catching graphics for digital platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and web assets.
• Support the development of brand identity materials — logos, brochures, packaging, and presentation decks.
• Ensure all design outputs are consistent, high-quality, and delivered within timelines.

About the role:

• Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting
• Assist the Head Finance in overseeing the company's fiscal activities including planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
• Working closely with Sales/Operations/Supply Chain team to ensure delivery of agreed budget.
• To work with Business team in evaluation of monthly financial result, identify the reason for lower performance and work for corrective actions.
• Meet accounting financial objectives by assisting Finance Head in forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Statutory Compliances
• Ensure timely compliance with all statutory and regulatory authorities including ROC compliances.
• Avoid legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation, assisting Finance Head in enforcing accounting regulations, and recommending new procedures
• Checking the bills to comply with local stipulations of finance, tax and relevant legal provisions.
• Monitoring GST Returns - GSTR 1, GSTR 3B and Annual return in 9/9C; reconciliation of Input Tax Credit in books of accounts with GSTR 2A and Electronic Credit Ledger
• Monitoring TDS compliance, deduction and monthly payment, preparation and submission of TDS returns
• Financial Reporting
• Assist and monitor day to day accounting (including accounts payable and accounts receivable)
• Ensure hygiene of accounting processes.
• Reconcile Account Receivable & Accounts Payable including ageing analysis.
• Confirm financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; and preparing reports as required by management.
• Prepare various month/quarterly/annual reconciliations.
• Support in Audit completion - Statutory Audit and Internal Audit; submission of data related requirement & co-ordination with auditors

Requirements

• CA with 3+ years of experience
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent organization skills: ability to plan and organize work so that it is efficient and effective
• Experience in GST filing, TDS filing, and other statutory compliance are recommendatory.
• Experience in Startup is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, communications and presentation skills are required.
• Attention to details and drawing conclusions from large data are critical capabilities.

What You’ll Do

• Manual and automated testing of the various software components that power our robots, cloud services, and mobile and Web applications.

• “Own” the feature or product you test and be the testing expert for your features and products.

• Gather technical requirements, understand functional specification, participate in software design reviews, and validate that a feature or product meets our customers’ requirements.

• Write test plans, execute test cases, and report bugs.
• Your bug reports should describe, in detail, the conditions under which a bug manifests and how it can be reproduced, the resulting product behavior, and the extent of the bug’s impact on our customers.

• Automate software testing to the extent possible to make it more efficient.

• Reproduce and debug customer issues escalated from the field.


What We’re Looking For 

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in CS/CE/IT/EE/E&TC or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software testing, particularly in Web, mobile, cloud, and embedded systems applications.
• Experience in writing software test plans, executing test cases, and managing the end-to-end bug life cycle.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Java and Python programming skills.
• Familiarity with Android and iOS mobile app testing automation using Appium, and Android and iOS emulators.
• Ability to work well in a team, including remote team members in overseas locations.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with tools such as Eclipse (IDE), TestNG, Maven, Selenium, and JIRA.

• Proficiency in Integration of various Azure resources (IaaS and PaaS - SQL DB , App Service , Application Insights , databricks , Storage accounts etc) to deliver an end to end automation.
• Thorough understanding of Continuous integration and continuous delivery using Azure DevOps/VSTS.
• Performing cost analysis of the Azure platform to identify where cost efficiencies could be had.
• Proficiency and thorough understanding of Azure RBAC model.
• Sound understanding of Azure Active directory and conditional access policies.
• Good grasp of Azure governance principles and hands-on experience in rolling out compliance and governance polices.
• Proficiency in developing infrastructure automation scripts in the form of ARM templates and Azure Power Shell scripts which can then be provided to application teams as consumables.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Good working and hands on knowledge of Azure IaaS , Vnet , Subnets , Firewalls and NSG. Sound understanding of networking knowledge on DNA and Firewall security like Palo Alto.
• Experience working with Confluence, JIRA, Bitbucket, git, Jenkins, Sonar for collaboration and continuous integration.
• Experience with agile methods, along with having found their limitations and ways to overcome them.
