Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Manager / Lead – Data Engineering & ETL Operations to drive enterprise-scale data integration and analytics solutions. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in ETL, cloud platforms, and data warehousing, along with the ability to lead teams, manage delivery, and solve complex data problems.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for professionals transitioning from Senior Engineer to Manager.

Key Responsibilities-

• Lead ETL development, operations, and production support
• Design and manage cloud-based data platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Build and optimize data warehouse solutions using Snowflake / Redshift
• Implement dimensional models including SCD Type 1/2/3
• Develop and orchestrate pipelines using SSIS, Matillion, SnapLogic, PySpark
• Ensure data quality, performance, scalability, and reliability
• Support downstream analytics and reporting (Tableau / Power BI)
• Lead small-to-medium teams, perform code reviews, and mentor engineers.
• Work closely with business and analytics stakeholders
• Drive root-cause analysis and problem resolution for data issues

Ideal Candidate

• Strong Data Engineering (ETL + Cloud) Leadership Profile
• Mandatory (Experience) : Must have 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering / ETL with at least 3+ years in pharma/life sciences domain
• Mandatory (Skill 1) : Must have strong expertise in ETL tools (SSIS / Matillion / SnapLogic) and pipeline development
• Mandatory (Skill 2) : Must have hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Mandatory (Skill 3) : Must have experience working with data warehouses (Snowflake / Redshift)
• Mandatory (Skill 4) : Must have strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling (SCD Type 1/2/3)
• Mandatory (Skill 5) : Must have hands-on experience with PySpark for large-scale data processing
• Mandatory (Skill 6) : Must have experience ensuring data quality, scalability, and performance of data pipelines
• Mandatory (Leadership) : Must have atleast 2+ years of experience leading teams, mentoring engineers, and owning end-to-end delivery
• Mandatory (Stakeholder Mgmt) : Must have experience working with business or analytics stakeholders and solving data problems
• Mandatory (Note 3) : This has an equal mix of IC and leadership responsibilities
• Preferred (Tools) : Experience with Tableau / Power BI and production support / data operations

Strong Product Designer Profile

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 2+ years of hands-on Product Design experience in designing digital products, preferably in product-first or high-growth tech companies.

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have strong end-to-end product design experience, including user research, user journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI design for web or mobile products.

Mandatory (Experience 3): Strong expertise in User Experience (UX), Interaction Design, and Visual Design principles, with the ability to craft intuitive and scalable product experiences.

Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have hands-on experience applying user research, usability testing, behavioral analytics, and data-driven design decisions to improve product usability and customer experience.

Mandatory (Experience 5): Proven ability to work closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, Marketing, and Business stakeholders to define product requirements, ship features, and improve user journeys.

Mandatory (Portfolio) - Must have a strong portfolio of Product Design works, showcasing detailed case studies for both UI and UX (preferably B2C or Fin-Tech projects)

Mandatory (Company): Candidates from well-known product companies, fintech, SaaS, consumer internet, or high-scale technology platforms preferred

Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join our dynamic design team. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and maintaining accurate architectural and allied drawings while ensuring consistency across all disciplines. The candidate will actively support site coordination, approvals, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain records of architectural, structural, MEP, landscape, and interior drawings
• Coordinate and cross-check structural and MEP drawings with architectural drawings
• Prepare sketch drawings for site clarifications and coordination
• Maintain records of GFC (Good for Construction) drawings
• Issue GFC drawings to site teams as required
• Prepare architectural drawings as instructed by the Architect
• Prepare drawings for site logistics and execution planning
• Calculate RERA area, BUA, and construction areas as guided by the Architect
• Verify approval drawings against the latest architectural drawings
• Prepare and review drawings for MOEF and other statutory approvals
• Maintain records of all approvals and related documentation
• Prepare sale unit plans for registration purposes
• Review customer interior layouts with respect to architectural and municipal drawings

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of architectural drafting standards
• Familiarity with real estate approval processes and documentation

• Assist with the execution of manual testing procedures to ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of software applications.
• Create and execute test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
• Document test results, defects, and issues encountered during testing.
• Work collaboratively with developers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Participate in test plan and test case reviews to ensure thorough test coverage.
• Assist in the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA process.
• Support the QA team in various tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Strong interest in software testing and quality assurance.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
