UI Developer

Required Skills:

• Experience with React JS and Redux.
  • A background in building JavaScript UI applications, with a strong understanding of UI frameworks and paradigms available including concepts like asynchronous programming, closures, types, and ES6.
  • HTML/CSS experience, including concepts like layout, specificity, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility
  • Experience with browser APIs and optimizing front-end performance. Understand the full web technology stack, e.g. HTML, CSS, HTTP, cookies, headers, asset loading / caching.
  • Have a deep understanding of frontend application structure and architecture
  • Have great customer empathy and appreciate the User’s experience
  • Experience with unit testing, using test frameworks like Jest, Mocha, Enzyme etc.
  • Experience in Web Development end-to-end, from design to release.
  • Experience or aspiration to be a full stack developer(Node.js).

 

 

What you need to have:

ReactJS/React Native Developers for early stage startup with huge potential for growth. Will be one of the early developers building the entire web and mobile application

1. Creating the website on ReactJS or MERN stack and making changes in the developed ones
2. Working on live projects depending upon their skill sets
3. Building front end applications through appealing visual design components using ReactJS

Build large scale web applications with Single Page Applications (SPA) architecture.

Experience to develop MV(C) based front end frameworks.

Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

Experience with JavaScript frameworks like Angular, preferably React.JS.

Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, AJAX and Redux.

Proficient with Chrome Developer Tools.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Restful API services.

Experience in using performance, analytics and UX tools.

Experience with pull request process and contributing to OSS on github.com.

Experience with unit testing frameworks Mocha and Chai.

Experience with Jenkins.

Job Profile: The UI / UX Developer provides clear, pragmatic and forward facing direction for GALT’s web based products. The UI / UX Developer must work closely with various teams on the creation and implementation of various UI / UX elements. To accomplish this, he/she must be able articulate and illustrate solutions to these challenges. The ability to prototype and implement proposals combined with industry practices and focus group research is also critical to the success of this role and a high level of HTML and CSS expertise is required. The UI / UX Developer reports to the Product Manager.
