Strong RevOps / Revenue Operations Lead Profiles (B2B SaaS Only).

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have minimum 3+ years experience in RevOps / Sales Operations / Revenue Operations roles.

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have minimum 2+ years of hands-on CRM experience, including at least 6 months of active HubSpot CRM usage (workflow automation, reporting, integrations, data hygiene).

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have strong analytics and data management experience, including hands-on work with SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau / Looker / Power BI / Looker Studio).

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have proven experience in Revenue / Sales process optimization, automation, CRM adoption, and data governance best practices.

Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have exposure to GTM operations and 0–1 or 1–10 journey building experience (process setup in early-stage or fast-growing environments).

Mandatory (Experience 6) – Must have experience managing or mentoring minimum 1–2 team members OR clear ownership of cross-functional RevOps initiatives.

Mandatory (Tools) – Must have worked with RevOps tools such as HubSpot, sales engagement tools (e.g., Outplay), automation tools (e.g., n8n), enrichment tools (e.g., Clay), call intelligence tools (e.g., Avoma) or similar ecosystem tools.

Mandatory (Company) – Must have experience in B2B SaaS companies only (early stage Startups / product-based preferred).

Mandatory (Background) – Must have a technical education background (B.E/B.Tech/Engineering/Tech degree) OR strong demonstrated analytical/technical capability reflected in career progression.

We are looking for a passionate Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between our product and customers. You’ll work closely with the sales and product teams to help prospects understand the value of Astuto.ai’s Cloud Cost Optimization and FinOps platform, and guide them through technical evaluations, demos, and solution design.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver compelling demos and POCs tailored to customer environments.
• Translate customer pain points into product solutions and value articulation.
• Create high-quality customer value proposition documentation to create a business case for our solution
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve technical collateral and feedback loops.
• Support and onboarding of key customers.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical consulting for DevTools, or Cloud products.
• Strong understanding of AWS / Azure / GCP fundamentals and cloud cost concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must be able to do repeatable, high-energy, engaging product demos.
• Ability to simplify complex technology into clear business value.

Job Summary: We are looking for a Junior Project Co-ordinator who will be working closely with senior project managers to ensure proper deliverables of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior project managers to ensure project objectives are clearly defined.
• Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure information is up-to-date and accessible.
• Monitor project progress and track tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Generate and distribute regular project status reports to stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and issues and escalate them to senior project managers.
• Assist in developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
• Schedule and organize project meetings, including preparation of agendas and meeting minutes.
• Follow up on action items to ensure tasks are completed on time.

• Work with project teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.

• Develop new mobile applications for enterprise as well as for end consumers

Your customers are the CFOs & Finance Teams in mid to large scale enterprise businesses and you will build these products to solve the problems faced by them.

You’ll become familiar with all parts of our stack from end to end. You’ll design and implement features to be scalable and resilient by working with both our infrastructure engineers and our product engineers. You’ll be a driver for positive change to Finly’s engineering culture, processes and technology.

WITHIN 1 MONTH, YOU'LL

• Complete Finly’s new-hire training week, and learn Accounts Payable
• Processes & the various partners we work with to make Finly happen.
• Investigate, solve and release a bug fix to production. In order to do this you will ramp up on Finly’s engineering stack by pair-programming with your teammates and attending engineering training sessions designed and presented by the team.
• Meet with cross-functional peers around the company to learn how the product functions.
• Complete your engineering starter project and deploy your first changes to production.

WITHIN 3 MONTHS, YOU'LL

• Individually contribute reliably ship full features to customers.
• Own major product areas and take features from mock to deploy.
• Estimate technical scope and time to complete major features and initiatives.

WITHIN 6 MONTHS, YOU'LL

• Move to new product vertical & initiative and start designing and architecting scalable systems as per the requirements discussed with Product Manager.
• Have made a visible impact on the product for all the users of Finly.
• Work closely with your team to remove roadblocks, educate on best practices and improve how we work.
• Be comfortable navigating most of our stack and infrastructure
• Be responsible for the planning, scoping, design, and implementation of new features
• Participate in interviewing and hiring, as a way to influence team growth and how our values inform our culture

WITHIN 12 MONTHS, YOU'LL

• Individually contribute and lead teams to reliably ship full features to customers.
• Estimate technical scope and time to complete major products and initiatives.
• Define tools and standards for product engineering to measure performance impact of releases
• Help grow other engineers technically by mentoring, pairing and developing other learning opportunities
• Collaborate with engineering and product leadership to define priorities and set delivery goals.

So in this role, you will work with the respective team’s product manager and other engineers in that team. You may work on the front-end or backend or both based on the requirement of the project.
