Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified team leader to manage our team and provide effective guidance. The lead should be an excellent coder with proficiency and a clear understanding of different aspects of a project. You will be responsible for
supervising, managing, and motivating team members regularly. As a team leader, you will be the contact point for all Interactions with the architect and the team, so You must possess excellent communication skills. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelors / Masters in Computer Science or equivalent with at least 7-10 years of professional experience.
●Strong software design and architectural skills in object-oriented and functional programming styles.
• Java 8, Microservices using Spring boot, Spring Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes orchestrator.
• Experience in working with Spring Framework - Spring Boot, Spring REST, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, OAuth2, hibernate.
• Experience in Reactjs or Angular.
• Experience in RabbitMQ
• Experience in Unit Testing Tools like Junit/TestNG
• Experience in working with SQL & NoSQL databases such as MySQL, Mongo DB.
• Knowledge of CI/CD architecture.
• Knowledge of tools like Jenkins, SonarQube, Maven, Gitlab
• Experience in cloud technologies.
• Team management using Scrum methodologies.
You demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced and hyper-growth environment where the requirements are
constantly changing.
• Solid understanding of design patterns, data structures, and advanced programming techniques.
● Must have experience leading a team of at least 8- 10 people.
• Nice to have Python 3.6+, Image and textual data processing technologies.

Primary Skills:   

• 2 years of Spring Boot and Microservices.   

• 3+ years of experience in Core Java.   

• Proficiency with Spring Framework.   

• Innovate new approaches algorithms, libraries, tools, platforms, for relevant development areas   

• Strong programming skills in Core JAVA / J2EE expert level   

• Good at data structures, algorithms, problem-solving, and design patterns   

• Knowledge of Web Services, Spring, ORM Frameworks, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud Gateway, OAuth2.0, Spring Security, JWT, Eureka, Hystrix, Apache Cassandra   

• Should be well familiar with SQL/NO-SQL database   

• Knowledge of Spring Batch, Kubernetes, Docker is a plus point

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS > Design and develop cloud tenant management applications used for data management within and health monitoring of customer instance(s) for the HCM Cloud Suite. These tools are part of the HCM Cloud Platform and are used for enabling expert self-service for the cloud customer. >Drive best practices and engineering excellence >Development of code in object-oriented Java >Define, develop, and manage the whole process of a project for partner integration, and engaging individuals across various departments or organizations to resolve problems >Work jointly with product management and customer support teams to ensure business requirements and feature expectations are clearly communicated >Prioritize requirements, and communicate to senior management the present status and future direction of the product and integration strategy. Responsibilities:

· Identify strong potential prospects and generate quality leads from designated target geographies.
· Using different online research tools to extract the contact information of prospects.
· Handle the initial discussions and collect the strategic information about the prospects through cold calling, e-mailing LinkedIn, and other sources.
· Identify the decision-maker through different channels and ensuring the optimum conversion within a short span of time.
· Understand complex requirements of the prospects and bringing up the projects for the company.
· Continue prospect engagement and account management throughout the sales cycle until closure.
· Independently collaborate with the technical
·  team for presentation with prospects.
 
Skill & Experience Required
 
· Good written and oral communication without MTI is a must
· Strong research and analytical skills.
· Proficient with international Call Centres with a minimum of 1-2 years of US & Australian IT project acquisition experience.
· Strong interpersonal skills, ability to handle the profiles independently and in a team.

Skill Set Required:

Should be able to take responsibility and work independently.
