We are seeking a communication trainer role, which encompasses strong LSRW skills, effective visual communication, and other relevant skills.

• Demonstrated experience as a software engineer, with at least 8+ years’ experience in technology roles
• Experience working on complex systems and cloud architectures, preferably in a B2B or enterprise context
• Significant experience with the Java programming language and frameworks such as Spring & SpringBoot
• Good working experience with front-end Javascript frameworks such as ReactJS
• Experience optimizing databases and SQL queries for high-performance 
• Good knowledge of AWS services, design patterns and practices - ideally certified
• Experience and keen understanding of the value of working in agile teams
• A “quality-first” mindset, with experience working in continuous integration environments
• Highly effective at communicating, and comfortable whiteboarding design ideas with teams of engineers, product managers, and business analysts
• Desire to challenge the status quo and maturity to know when to compromise

Our MEAN stack team is passionate about technology, and we love building scalable web solutions keeping performance in mind.We're looking for a full stack developer that has experience developing a variety of Web Apps using the MEAN stack. You should be able to comfortably move between the client and server-side code written with JavaScript/TypeScript.

Role + Responsibilities:   

• Work with the team to design, develop and support scalable applications         
• Implementing elegant, intuitive user experience using the latest front-end technologies.         
• Developing API's and designing the data architecture using web frameworks like Express.         
• Write, test, and release production-ready code.         
• Work with our DevOps team to ensure continuous deployments of our applications

Person Specification and Qualifications:

• Experience developing highly scalable services and APIs         
• Knowledge of data modelling and database performance using NoSQL/SQL         
• Strong experience with JS frameworks like Express(any other backend framework), Angular.         
• Familiarity developing SaaS applications in AWS/Azure         
• In-depth knowledge of designing and developing software in distributed architectures for multi-tier applications

Plus points if you're familiar with the following:

• Experience with deployment and CI/CD is a plus!       
• TypeScript implementation with Frontend or Backend applications         
• Knowledge of GraphQL and it's libraries like Apollo, Prisma         
• Have worked with Jest, Enzyme like testing libraries         
• Knowledge of document, key/value or other non-relational database systems such as Elastic Search, Redis, HBase, BigTable, DynamoDB

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
• 1+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems.

Additional Job requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science/Math or equivalent
• BS in computer science or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant professional software development experience: designing, developing, and delivering software written in Java, C#, or C++, web development.
• Knowledgeable in object-oriented design patterns.
• Experience building highly scalable and distributed systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with service-oriented architecture and application/services development
• Passion for performance debugging and benchmarking

1. Should have experience in full life cycle of Web Application Development in Linux environment using Apache, PHP, MySQL/MSSQL/ Oracle.

2. Hands on experience in these technologies is a must (PHP 5, Ajax, CSS / HTML5 / XHTML , Web development)

3. Should have experience in template engine like smarty and at least one MVC frame work (Laravel / Zend / Symphony / Cake Php / Code Igniter).

4. Should have worked on any of the content management system (Joomla / Drupal / Simple CMS etc)

5. Should have worked on any of one of JS frameworks like YUI, JQuery , MooTools, ExtJS and AJAX

6. Hands on experience with the following PHP modules: PEAR, CURL, SoapClient (WSDL mode), libXML, Memcache, PCRE, SQLITE, etc

7. Ability to write and consume SOAP & REST web services.

8. Create requirement document and work with team members to deliver the application.

9. Knowledge of Version Control Software ;such as SVN/CVS will be preferable.

10. Experience in Architecture Design & Developed of Web Application.

11. Should have experience in web application optimization/caching/DB performance tuning

12. Extensive OOD / OOP experience

13. Ability to propose, advocate and critique design alternatives to determine solutions.

14. Hands-on experience with web application architecture and relational database design Interact with Client to understand business requirement.

15. Hands on knowledge of best practices for cross-platform, cross-browser compatibility.

16. Hands on knowledge of UI optimization techniques and experience of working with UI performance measurement tools like Yslow, Firebux, Fiddler, HTTPWatch, Page Speed, DynaTrace, etc.
