Job Description

We are looking for a Flutter Developer responsible for creating multi-platform apps for iOS and Android using Google’s Flutter development framework. The primary focus will be on creating new experiences and maintaining existing apps. Deep experience contributing to and managing high-scale production mobile apps. You must have previous experience in Flutter and Dart development.

Experience: 3+ Years of working experience in Flutter Technology

What will you work on? 

• Design & implement new app modules based on the product requirements using Flutter framework
• Maintain existing codebases
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Integrate user-interfaces elements developed by other developers
• Build user interfaces designed by UI/UX designers
• Integration of data storage solutions
• Integrate various APIs from third parties
• Debug existing apps components, fix issues and avoid regressions
• Collaborate closely with the teams of UI/UX designers, PMs, QAs, and other developers
• Participate in software architecture, design discussions and code reviews
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Follow the company guidelines and best practices

Do you fit in?

• Must have built at least five Android and/or iOS apps with Flutter 
• Proven working experience in software development
• Working experience in mobile development Android or iOS
• Have published one or more mobile apps in Google Play or App Store
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle, including automated testing and building
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git / Mercurial

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and cold call prospective Partners (Sub-Brokers).
• Arrange business meetings with prospective Partners and work on Partners activation & Client network development
• Advising Partners/Clients to build a strong portfolio into equities.
• Providing the advisory regarding the strategies for securities investment.
• Strive to achieve business targets as per assigned portfolio
• Upsell/Cross sell through Partners.
• Arrange periodical Partner Meets for New Acquisition and generating leads for prospects.
• Have a good understanding of our products and be able to advise others about them
• Interact with partners for product training, advisory to keep partners active & increase revenue.
• Understand and resolve partner query end to end in coordination with technology team.
• Handling Partner Advisory and AUM.

Checklist:

• 1-3 years’ experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role in BFSI industry
• Basic Knowledge of Equity & Derivatives
• Prior experience of sales of financial products is a must
• Strong Market Understanding and proven sales track record.
• Candidate must have excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MIS reporting and other MS-office utilities
• Ability to build rapport
• Confident with a dynamic personality

• Liaise with fellow developers.
• Designing and implementing microservices which use the spring boot framework.
• Working in compliance with the full Software Development Life Cycle.
• Connecting microservices to interact with databases.
• Understanding of how streaming technologies work such as Kafka.
• Identifying and finding solutions to bugs.
• Ensure you've written adequate test cases to verify design requirements are being met.
• Create well written documentation for the individual microservices.

• At least 4 to 6 years of experience in developing web applications in Angular and has worked/knowledge of Angular 11
• Ability to create components and module hierarchy for a moderately complex application, along with their interactions
• In-depth knowledge of the Angular framework and Expert in Typescript, HTML 5, CSS 3
• Should have understanding of CSS pre- processors such as SCSS
• Must have understanding of unit testing frameworks such as Jasmine, Karma
• Hands-on experience on State Management using NgRx
• Ability to understand and put to use data grids such as AG Grid
• Any Certification in Angular [ Level 1(Junior) or Level 2(Intermediate) or Level 3(Expert) ] would be an advantage

About the practice/ Project:

Role Description:

As a Lead Backend Engineer , you will be responsible for designing and deploying scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems for Radiusagent. Experience as a Tech Lead, managing tasks with back-end engineers while coding themselves will be a bonus point for the ideal candidate.

Responsibilities will include-

• You will contribute to all aspects of an agile software development lifecycle including design, architecture, development, documentation, testing, and operations.
• You will build cutting-edge scalable systems by writing simple and efficient code.
• You will push your design and architecture limits for new product development.
• You will ensure compliance with the build/release and configuration management process.

• be able to design and build modules from ground up
• proficient in any one programming language out of php/golang/node/python/javascript/java/ruby and ability to pick up others
• experience with mysql/postgres/mongodb/couchdb

• experience in having written cron jobs, troubleshooting downtime
