Role Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Executive/Manager to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling medical devices in the assigned region. This is a full-time position with some flexibility for remote work. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales growth for microscopes within the assigned region.
• Identify and explore new business opportunities in Pathology Labs, Diagnostic Centers, Hospitals, Medical Colleges, Universities, Agricultural Labs, FSL, and Industrial sectors.
• Approach and promote our products to both government and private sector institutions.
• Arrange and attend appointments with doctors, either through pre-scheduled meetings or regular outreach.
• Provide product demonstrations, training, and technical support to customers.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for volume growth and productivity.
• Implement sales and marketing strategies as assigned by the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) or National Sales Manager (NSM).
• Ensure daily reporting and provide feedback on customer interactions.
• Manage area sales, collect outstanding payments, address customer complaints, and conduct visits to hospitals and doctors.
• Analyze regional market potential, track sales performance, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Engage with customers daily, weekly, or monthly as required.
• Learn product functionalities and effectively troubleshoot issues.
• Prepare and submit weekly reports to management.
• Complete task assigned by the reporting manager
Qualifications & Skills Required:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any relevant field.
• 1.5 to 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in medical devices, microscopes, scientific instruments, or laboratory products.
• Strong sales acumen with high energy levels.
• Excellent business awareness and market orientation skills.

• Functions as lead developer• Support System Analysis, Technical/Data design, development, unit testing, and oversee end-to-end data solution.
• Technical SME in Master Data Management application, ETL, big data and cloud technologies
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical designs and implementations account for requirements, standards, and best practices
• Performance tuning of end-to-end MDM, database, ETL, Big data processes or in the source/target database endpoints as needed.
• Mentor and advise junior members of team to provide guidance.
• Perform a technical lead and solution lead role for a team of onshore and offshore developers

Roles and Responsibilities:
The role will involve setting up and scaling the inside sales team -
- Setting up the inside sales process - work flow, tool, questions to ask, sales pitch
- Hiring and managing the inside sales team
- Training the team on selling cattle, convincing them to visit farms and buying cattle
- Motivating, mentoring and incentivising the sales team
Experience you MUST have:
- Should have led an inside sales team

* Translating designs and wireframes into high quality Typescript code

Key Qualifications
* Expertise in ReactJS/Redux
* Expert-level knowledge in TypeScript or Flow
* PURE experience of 3- 5 Years and more in Frontend Development
* Expert-level knowledge of developing, shipping, and maintaining Javascript applications

Requirements:
- Developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows.

The role involves computer vision tasks including development, customization and training of Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs); application of ML techniques (SVM, regression, clustering etc. ) and traditional Image Processing (OpenCV etc. ). The role is research focused and would involve going through and implementing existing research papers, deep dive of problem analysis, generating new ideas, automating and optimizing key processes.
Requirements:
- 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in solving complex real-world problems at scale via deep learning, computer vision or AI
- Python, cuDNN, Tensorflow/PyTorch/Keras (or similar Deep Learning frameworks).
- CNNs, RNNs, Transfer learning (for image classification, segmentation, object detection etc).
- Image Processing techniques using OpenCV or other white-box image feature extraction algorithms.
- End to end deployment of deep learning models.
